I went to KIA of Burlington to have my oil changed. I had a coupon I received in an email, but it was for a 4 cylinder vehicle and mine was a 6, however the coupon was honored. They not only changed I had a coupon I received in an email, but it was for a 4 cylinder vehicle and mine was a 6, however the coupon was honored. They not only changed my oil, but also added more fluids where needed and checked my tire pressure. They also heard a noise during an inspection and stated a part was needed to fix the problem and because I have extended warranty, said they would order it and call when it came in. They called a few days later and they scheduled a time to replace the part. They always go above and beyond!! More

Everyone was nice. Setting the appointment up was easy and man that answered the service center phone was very nice and helpful. When my daughter came in for the appointment on Saturday front desk person was ok not awake enough at 9:30 am but nice. My daughter does not know which oil to use so was confused by the questions and said what ever you guys recommend for the car. More
