Outstanding performance by Cesar at front desk and the technicians who worked on my car. Cesar provided me with accurate e timeline for repairs needed depending on diagnostic results. Michael at the service desk has horrible attitude. Does not treat you like a customer, gets annoyed at any requests and acts like you’re a burden. Really wonderful and professional customer service. I got there about 10 minutes early for an appointment and there was a bit of chaos with a lot of things happening at once. Brought my 2018 Kia sorento to herb chambers Kia Burlington mass for the anti theft recall and said there was a trailer hitch recall which this sorento is not equiped with. Repair was done approx 45 Burlington mass for the anti theft recall and said there was a trailer hitch recall which this sorento is not equiped with. Repair was done approx 45 min and started my vehicle and proceeded to travel to Maine approx 70 miles. Stopped into Home Depot parking lot shop and when returned to car started up and was unable to get out of park. Tried everything and then called back to dealer to what happened due to I brought a perfectly running car in for a recall and now have this problem that has never happened before, over the phone instructed me to use scores driver to remove cap on console and push the bitten under cap to release the lock manually so to get out of park. Stated nothing they did has nothing to do with this problem which I am very suspicious to why that previously the car never had any problems. This is bazaar that within 1hr after bring to them for recall this problem starts. I certainly hope this was not done unscrupulously to have more work done.now have to use screw driver every time that car is parked so to drive. Have made appointment to return car to them to look at this problem in a week. I also may seek a independent repair shop look Into this matter and how this could possibly happen to a car that has been running perfectly to now having this problem after bringing in for this recall More
