I have gone two 2 dealers, lots of negotiations but deal was not done. I was about to give up buying a new car. But I stopped by Herb Chamber Kia and got a nice price for 2011 Sportage and good trade-in val was not done. I was about to give up buying a new car. Went to this dealership to look at the new Kia Sportage. Kyle, the salesperson there, was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-key. There were some questions that he seemed hesitant to answer. I met a sales manager there, too...he seemed much more like a "typical" car salesman...kinda pushy, deflecting questions about pricing and details. So it was a mixed experience. In the end, they didn't have the color I wanted, and they didn't get back very quickly on finding it. I found what I was looking for at a dealership closer to home, so I'm not sure what the full experience would have been at Herb Chambers. More
We had a great experience at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. We were sort of kicking around the idea of a new car but really weren't serious buyers when we walked in to test drive a 2011 Kia Sorent Burlington. Everyone we met was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that we quickly changed our minds about buying now. Anyone who has bought a car through a dealer expects it to be a stressfull experience but not at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. It was actually a pretty low key, enjoyable experience. Everyone did what it took to make everything go smoothly. Brian even went the extra step of offering to deliver our new car to us. We were very impressed. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone. More

What a great experience we recently had purchasing a new Kia Soul at Herb Chambers. I have never heard of or experienced this type of treatment at a car dealership, EVER! The manager,sales staff, and finance employee's were so unbelievably helpful! They listened to things that I wanted, what financially made sense, and what would make me happy and helped me find the perfect vehicle for me. I am so happy with my new car and the treatment they gave me. If anyone is looking to buy a Kia, or any car for that matter they should definately visit this dealership. Not even sure where or how to start since I loved every part of my experience at Kia of Burlington. The first email I got back from my online inquiry had me hooked. Leanne was the sales person that I was part of my experience at Kia of Burlington. The first email I got back from my online inquiry had me hooked. Leanne was the sales person that I was lucky enough to have help me get my new car purchase started. She was knowledgeable, friendly and understanding of my wants and needs in a car purchase. We first sat down and came up with a great deal on a 2011 Kia Sorento that meet all my needs and I was excited about my new purchase. Before being able to sit down and sign the paperwork, something came up personally and I was not able to make the deal work. Both Leanne and Steve worked so hard for me and it was not easy to walk away from them knowing I could not get into the car I wanted and they worked so hard on for me. After several months passed and I was in a better place to purchase my new car I contacted Leanne and we started all over again, if anything the second time some how got even better then the first. EVERYONE was amazing from start to finish with this purchase!!! Unlike other dealerships I had been too and hated every second of being there, this was different. Leanne and Steve were friendly, understanding, professional and welcoming. I have bought many cars and this was by far the top of my list for best overall experience. When we got to the financing office the amazing experience continued, he got us through the long paperwork process painlessly and we got just what we needed to make the deal perfect! Leanne truly went to work for me as a customer and made me feel like I was her only customer and number one priority. I can not thank her Steve or Bobby enough for making this a perfect experience from start to finish. Thank you for making what everyone usually considers a bad experience just the opposite! Some how they have made this dealership into avoiding all the things people hate about buying a car. I have already told several people in the market to buy a car that they must stop at Kia of Burlington first!
