Lloyd Stigman is the best salesman we have dealt with in a traditional auto environment. He and the whole experience reminded us of a Saturn dealership with the focus on the customer. The day before we picked up the 2012 Sorento SX I lost my job. Chris in financing worked hard to get a term and interest rate that took some of the pressure off. We were told the day before that the Simoniz Glasscoat had already been put on but we found it being applied the day we picked up the car. The price came off the invoice and the Glasscoat installation was completed. There was no hassle about adjusting the price or completing the installation. (There was some confusion because of staff turnover.) After purchase, I realized that we had negotiated on a car that had the accent lighting but the car we purchased -= they had to get it from another dealer several hours and another state away - did not have the lighting kit. I got a check for the cost of the lighting. Again, no hassles. Almost four months after the purchase on Year's Eve at 4:30 PM, I called Chris saying I could not start the car nor would the electronics shut off. Without missing a beat, he sent out Lloyd. A few minutes later and much to my embarassment, I realized the shifter was not in Park. (It was dark out. I know that's real weak.)I called Chris to tell him to call Lloyd back. And now when Chris reads this my secret will be out. :>) Thanks, Chris and Lloyd for demonstrating you care long after the sale. You are truly rare, indeed. Chad and Jen in the service department are amazing!!! My 2011 Kia Sorento has 28,000 miles on it and 1 1/2 years, so I am in often for regular oil changes and regular service. I have also been in for other repairs or problems and each and every time they are awesome. There is never a problem, I drop my car off with no problems, they call me to follow up or tell me when my car is ready and pick up is always easy and cashing out is easy! I have run into a few issues and they have taken care of them so fast that I don't even have time to get upset about it. My only complaint which is not their fault is the parking lot is BAD, their is hardly ever any parking and the lot is so small and odd to begin with. I can tell it is being worked on and has gotten a little better, but far from good still. Keep up the great customer service and I look forward to my next visit! (now who ever says that about going in for auto service?) More

I've been building and pricing the 2011 Kia Optima SX Turbo for months, waiting to get the courage to just do it. I contacted Tonia Smith because of my wonderful experience buying a Sedona from her in J Turbo for months, waiting to get the courage to just do it. I contacted Tonia Smith because of my wonderful experience buying a Sedona from her in June of 2010. I felt well-prepared and made the call. She pulled not one but TWO of the first 2012 SX's to roll off the line and had them in stock within 10 days! Wasn't in love with the standard wheels, so she ordered one with standard and one with the "touring" wheels, just for comparison purposes!!! Never drove it, simply said "It's mine!" and the sold placard went on it. I pulled a great rate and wasn't beat-up with a back-and-forth "let me ask my manager". With the help of the finance department I went with the extended warranty, and drove away a spotless, registered, insured, and inspected SX 2 days later. The car is amazing... can't put into words how it feels to drive. I went back two days later for the splash guards (how's that for a turn-around?) and was given white-glove service. This makes me think I've entered a relationship with Herb Chambers that will be satisfying for years to come. More

Normally I do not take surveys as I feel they are a big waste of time, but after my experience at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington I felt compelled to take it. From my sales person Ryan spending a few hours with me on two occasions ensuring that I purchased the right car that ultimately fit all my needs, to the honesty and respectful GM Jim who truly work with me throughout the negotiation process. Last I can not forget Chris who walk me through every step of the financing process, which we all know can be as enjoyable as pulling teeth at your dentist(kidding). Ultimately I rate my overall experience at the dealership exceptional and I would recommend this dealership to whom ever would like to purchase a car without the stuffy feeling most dealership provide. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. The receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a passion for customer service. No pressure, honest negotiations. I would break bread with any of the personable staff. Though it was a busy evening with many customers, the atmosphere was pleasant with calm (but quick and efficient) staff and relaxed customers. It was more like going out to a pub than buying a car. I'm sure you have the same horror story of the latter like I do. You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. It is a competitive advantage that few dealerships have. More
Very easy, we were so TURNED off at Central Kia of Norwood (please read by post there), we went to Herb Chambers, and bought our Sorento 2012 within 5 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan and the rest of the Sale crew there were professional and they worked with a SMILE!!! Please take notes other dealer. We bought the car and pickup the at noon (next day) as Ryan promised us!! They were so complimentary, we actually bought the car $500 more than Central! Yet, we are very happy, and felt satisfied. They even got us a really excellent interest rate. I will be bring more business to any Herb Chambers deal from this point on. We are really happy with our 2012 Sorento. Thanks guys!! More
