Went to this dealership to look at the new Kia Sportage. Kyle, the salesperson there, was knowledgeable, friendly, and low-key. There were some questions that he seemed hesitant to answer. I met a sales manager there, too...he seemed much more like a "typical" car salesman...kinda pushy, deflecting questions about pricing and details. So it was a mixed experience. In the end, they didn't have the color I wanted, and they didn't get back very quickly on finding it. I found what I was looking for at a dealership closer to home, so I'm not sure what the full experience would have been at Herb Chambers. More

Everyone we met was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful that we quickly changed our minds about buying now. Anyone who has bought a car through a dealer expects it to be a stressfull experience but not at Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. It was actually a pretty low key, enjoyable experience. Everyone did what it took to make everything go smoothly. Brian even went the extra step of offering to deliver our new car to us. We were very impressed. We are very happy and would recommend them to anyone. More
