I've been building and pricing the 2011 Kia Optima SX Turbo for months, waiting to get the courage to just do it. I contacted Tonia Smith because of my wonderful experience buying a Sedona from her in J Turbo for months, waiting to get the courage to just do it. I contacted Tonia Smith because of my wonderful experience buying a Sedona from her in June of 2010. I felt well-prepared and made the call. She pulled not one but TWO of the first 2012 SX's to roll off the line and had them in stock within 10 days! Wasn't in love with the standard wheels, so she ordered one with standard and one with the "touring" wheels, just for comparison purposes!!! Never drove it, simply said "It's mine!" and the sold placard went on it. I pulled a great rate and wasn't beat-up with a back-and-forth "let me ask my manager". With the help of the finance department I went with the extended warranty, and drove away a spotless, registered, insured, and inspected SX 2 days later. The car is amazing... can't put into words how it feels to drive. I went back two days later for the splash guards (how's that for a turn-around?) and was given white-glove service. This makes me think I've entered a relationship with Herb Chambers that will be satisfying for years to come. More

From my sales person Ryan spending a few hours with me on two occasions ensuring that I purchased the right car that ultimately fit all my needs, to the honesty and respectful GM Jim who truly work with me throughout the negotiation process. Last I can not forget Chris who walk me through every step of the financing process, which we all know can be as enjoyable as pulling teeth at your dentist(kidding). Ultimately I rate my overall experience at the dealership exceptional and I would recommend this dealership to whom ever would like to purchase a car without the stuffy feeling most dealership provide. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. The receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a passion for customer service. No pressure, honest negotiations. I would break bread with any of the personable staff. Though it was a busy evening with many customers, the atmosphere was pleasant with calm (but quick and efficient) staff and relaxed customers. It was more like going out to a pub than buying a car. I'm sure you have the same horror story of the latter like I do. You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. It is a competitive advantage that few dealerships have. More
Very easy, we were so TURNED off at Central Kia of Norwood (please read by post there), we went to Herb Chambers, and bought our Sorento 2012 within 5 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ryan and the rest of the Sale crew there were professional and they worked with a SMILE!!! Please take notes other dealer. We bought the car and pickup the at noon (next day) as Ryan promised us!! They were so complimentary, we actually bought the car $500 more than Central! Yet, we are very happy, and felt satisfied. They even got us a really excellent interest rate. I will be bring more business to any Herb Chambers deal from this point on. We are really happy with our 2012 Sorento. Thanks guys!! More
Unlike our recent experience with two other Kia dealers, the Herb Chambers Team (specifically, BILLY HRONAS and JIM LEWIS) made the purchase of our new vehicle extremely pleasant. Billy (sales representativ the Herb Chambers Team (specifically, BILLY HRONAS and JIM LEWIS) made the purchase of our new vehicle extremely pleasant. Billy (sales representative)is very accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. If he wasn't certain of an answer to our question, he immediately deferred to one that did. Jim (general manager) is a consummate professional, a straight-shooter, and quite affable. Both work very well together, and are assets to the dealership. Simply put, Billy and Jim are solely responsible for our "conversion" to the Herb Chambers community, and we will definitely be back to visit when we look to trade in our second vehicle in the near future. We have tremendous appreciation for Billy's and Jim's hard work, as well as their willingness to work with us on the deal we ultimately made. It was the best price with no hassle. They ordered the exact car that I wanted. I was so happy with the process that I went back to them for my wife's 2011 Kia Sportage. Again she got the exact car for the best price. They are a pleasure to do busness with. More
From beginning to end, our experience with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington was great. Other dealerships would just offer what they had on the lot and Jim went out of his way to find us the car that we wanted. His prices are unbeatable, his team is exceptional and he always goes above and beyond for his customers. Billy Hronas was patient, answered all of our questions and made sure that we were happy with our purchase. Finances are never enjoyable to talk about, but with Finance Manager Chris Behrendsen we felt calm, comfortable and knew that we were in good hands. He never tried to pressure us into spending more money, explained everything we needed to know and truly made us feel like we were making educated decisions with our money. We could not be happier with our new Sedona and we look forward to working with Herb Chambers Kia of Burlington again in the future. More
We went in to buy a new vehicle there. Friendly salespeople but once we got to the price negotiations it felt like we were playing 'deal or no deal.' They would run back and forth to a salesman in the back of the store and come back saying 'maybe he'll take $500 off, maybe it will go up, do you want me to ask him again?' We finally agreed on what we thought was a fair price inclusive of all fees. When the finance managers had taken us back to sign the final papers, there was a different much higher price to be financed. We tried to find out where the disconnect came in and it was that the salesmen were quoting a base price w/o fees and monthly price with fees. We felt uncomfortable with the situation and left. I was ok to leave it at that and not write this review. However, if anyone goes in there to finance, PLEASE watch your credit. I just ran my TransUnion credit report and it seems that they had made 11 hard credit inquiries in order to work out a loan. NOT SOMETHING THAT WE HAD AUTHORIZED. More

After having a totally HORRIFIC experience at another dealership, (I won't name them here, but I will say tell you that THANK GOD I CALLED THEM! After having a totally HORRIFIC experience at another dealership, (I won't name them here, but I will say tell you that they are located in Lynn MA. Ever run out of gas in the middle of the highway with your family on a test drive? Then you get back to the dealership and the GM doesn't even appologize to you for what happened? Yeah...STAY AWAY!)I called Chambers Kia of Burlington. I was so upset about what had happened to us at the other dealership, that when I called and got Greg Dion on the phone, I was in no mood to fool around. I simply told him everything that had happened to us at the other dealership. I didn't want to haggle, fool around, or play games. So, I did something I've never done before when buying a new car. I put all my cards on the table. I told him what had happened to us, and I told him the "World Beater Deal" (as they in Lynn put it) I was getting from the other dealership. I gave him the price I was quoted on the Sportage, which included one $500. rebate for financing through Kia, as well as what I was offered on my trade in. Supossedly the Lynn dealership was losing $500. on my deal, and I was challenged, DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT, SHOP AROUND, YOU WILL NOT BEAT OUR PRICE. YOU ARE GETTING A "STUPID" DEAL ON THIS TRUCK. Yeah Right. TOTAL CROOKS! Well, after he got over the shock of what happened to us, and how we were treated, he said give me 10 minutes, and I'll call you back with our best offer. Well, not only did they completely BLOW AWAY the price I was presented with on the Sportage from Lynn, they gave us an additional $1,000 more for our trade! I was blown away! I said Greg, I'll see you tomorrow. He asked, what time ya comming. I said , I'll be there at 10:30. And just like that the deal was done! I was TOTALLY AMAZED, and Completely SHOCKED! Could this really be that easy? Now I'm admittedly a sceptical type of guy so, I'm thinking, there has to be a catch. I'm going to get there tomorrow and they'll change something on me. So I was bracing for the worst. But No. As soon as we got there Greg was ready to go. He had the Sportage all set for us and asked the salesman Aldo to bring the car around for us. We saw the truck, loved it, and immeadiately started working on the paperwork. Then we went to see Bobby in the finance department. And in 15 minutes, we're approved for Kia's best rate and we're signing on the dotted line. I couldn't believe how fast this was happening, how smooth it was going and how easy it was. Before I knew it, I'm kissing my wife and hugging everyone at the dealership. OTHER DEALERSHIPS TAKE NOTE (ESPECIALLY YOU CROOKS IN LYNN)...THIS IS HOW A DEALERSHIP SHOULD BE RUN! I just can't say enough about Chambers Kia. The whole experience was AMAZING. The beautiful clean showroom, the wonderful people working there, the deals on their vehicles, the respect towards the customer and the appreciation they have for you just for comming in is something I will tell all my family and friends about. All I can say is, if you are looking for a new Kia, you owe it to yourself to go to Chambers Kia of Burlington. If you shop anywhere else, you WILL pay too much for your new Kia. At worst, shop around on the web and at other dealerships, get your best offer, then call them. They will beat it and you will save money. I saved almost $2,500 total by going to Chambers Kia. You read that right...$2,500 saved by not buying our Kia in Lynn. I even called them up over there in Lynn to tell them the deal I got. Know what I was told??? WOW!!! Good for you. That's an amazing deal. I don't know how they're doing that deal over there. I don't get it. Imagine them saying that to me!? Yeah, well I got it. Like I said, THANK GOD I CALLED CHAMBERS KIA! So, all that being said, I'd just like to thank you all over there once again at Chambers Kia. Thank you for a truly wonderful and easy experience. Thank you Greg for doing everything you said you'd do for us, and for the amazing deal you gave us. We LOVE our new Sportage, and we LOVE Chambers Kia of Burlington!!! More
