I worked with Steve Sousa, Salesman. I could not have asked for a more polite, patient, and knowledgeable salesman. When looking around the lot I really did not know what I wanted. He did not pressure me at all. He was so positive about everything. Very detailed. I did buy a 2013 KIA Sportage EX from him. I beleive he might of come in on his day off to deliver this to me. I was very pleased with him, he was so easy to work with, never before had I had this type of experience when looking for a new vehicle. I also worked with Jose and Ricardo in finance and they were very professional as well. bought a 2013 kia sorento,after 500miles only getting 13mpg sticker said 18 to 24,brought it back 1st time they said car needs to break in,mybe so but never in any other of my cars,2nd time they said the 13mpg sticker said 18 to 24,brought it back 1st time they said car needs to break in,mybe so but never in any other of my cars,2nd time they said they re-programed computer due to car sitting in lot for a while,that i should now get 18-20mpg,well after filling ups again and keeping track still getting 13mpg just like the dash says,not happy,also wrote to kia ,havent got any follow up call to see if mpg is better and if i am happy More

Diego is newer to the service department as the manager, but has also treated me well and I NEVER have had any reason to dislike or say anything bad about the level of service and attention to detail I get. I am providing this rating and writing this review for a number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (Jo number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (John Frances) my experience superseded all of my expectations. John knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and made the trade in process so simple and hassle free. He worked directly with the GM and the finance person so that there was never a moment I was unsure of what was going on and I was treated with the upmost respect by all. Thanks to his hard work I really got a great deal and left feeling thrilled - a week later I am still thrilled with my experience!! I recommend buying a car from this dealership, John Frances in particular - to anyone thinking of buying a new car. More

Your salesman, Ricardo Oliveira, knew exactly what I did and didn't want, was informative, helpful, and most importantly, brief! He instinctively realized I did not want to be "talked into" anything or bored with details in which I was not at all interested, and wisely handled the sale accordingly. I might add the Sales Manager he called in to finalize things (this was a cash sale) , followed through in the same expeditious manner. Purchasing a new car has always been a task I've found to be onerous, but I must say my experience at this dealership has given me reason to reconsider. I would certainly consider doing business with this Company in the future as well as recommend it to others. More
Bob was a pleasure to deal with. He was low pressure and acted more as an advisor to help us make our own decision on a vehicle by providing helpful information. At no point did we feel we were being "stee acted more as an advisor to help us make our own decision on a vehicle by providing helpful information. At no point did we feel we were being "steered" towards a car. The final deal could not be beat. Follow up service has been equally respectful and friendly.
