We recently purchased a pre-owned Mercedes at this dealership. The service is excellent: friendly, professional and pressure-free. We felt much more comfortable to buy it from Herb Chambers, not only because the Herb Chambers warranty and return policy but also their friendly staff at this particular dealership. Here I want particularly acknowledge our salesman Julian Aquirre. He is a young person, and just started the job for a week at the time. But he is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cars. The finance paper work took a while but Julian helped to make the waiting less stressful by introducing various features of the car. When we came back to pick the car, we are totally amazed by how wonderful the car has been cleaned and conditioned. It's a pre-owned vehicle but it feels and smells just like a brand new car fresh of the factory. Apparently Julian has made his personal effort to make this happen, and has taken care of a few minor issues that we mentioned earlier. Over all it's a wonderful experience, and we'd definitely recommend this dealership to our friends. Good job Julian. Herb Chambers should be very proud of a new hire like you! My wife and I wanted a white 2014 Sorento SXL with Front Wheel Drive and No third row seating which was difficult to find in New England. We worked with a total of 3 dealers but only Herb Chambers found us the car we were looking for. Other dealers contacted provided no response to this date. Jude was delightful and very professional during the entire process of buying our car and would use him again if the need arises. We were also happy with the Parts Department who arranged for an expeditor to deliver to our home some accessories that were not available at the time we took delivery of the car. More

I bought my 2014 Kia Forte a little over a week ago and am thoroughly happy with it. I bought it at Herb Chamber Kia in Burlington, Mass. Bob Lucas sold me my car. This is the fourth Kia I have bought with him. When he says he’s working with you to find the right car for you, he’s sincere. He’s never pressured me to buy something I don’t want or can’t afford. After all, it’s in his best interest and the interest of the company he works for to provide a customer with a deal that works for them. Bob is a low pressure kind of guy. He puts as much effort in developing a relationship with a person as he does in selling a car. Really, he doesn’t sell a car so much as describe features, history and details of the vehicles you look at and test drive. After that, he lets the car sell itself. With my first Kia purchase, I conducted a complete competitive bid process. Herb Chambers came out on top hands down for vehicle price, trade-in offer and overall experience. Again, Bob was a discriminator. He is low key and personable – honest. Other dealerships were what I’ll call “more typical.” Sales people danced around reasons for low trade in offers or omitted advertised rebates and discounts. They all guaranteed me I wouldn’t get a better deal. Heb Chambers Kia and Bob proved them all wrong. Three Kias later, I continue to close deals within dollars of what my research shows to be a good price. As I bring my vehicles in for service, I’m finding the Service Department to be equally friendly and courteous. At the end of the day, though, Bob Lucas is the reason I’m now a loyal Herb Chambers Kia customer. More

Blake does a great job building a genuine connection with his client and is phenomenal at problem solving. I was so sad when I found out my registration had expired in my old vehicle. This meant I had a lot to do before I could drive my new car out of the lot. Bob took the time to make numerous trips with me all day long to try and get everything straightened out. Between getting money for a registration from a family member of mine,to the registry, to my insurance company, back to the dealership, and again to the registry for an hour wait Bob literally went the extra mile for me at kia with a smile on his face the whole trip! Exceptional service that made me the happiest girl in the world to drive off the lot with a 2010 kia forte! More
