Other dealers have given us the run around if they knew we weren't going to buy that day and John has never done this. His customer service is awesome and we will never go anywhere else including service/maintenance. He gives you as much time and attention as you need and doesn't rush you along the process. The rest of the staff we have dealt with there as well like the financing department has been just as professional as well. More

Great Experience My daughter just graduated from college and my son is entering his last year of school and it came down to the point where each of them were in desper My daughter just graduated from college and my son is entering his last year of school and it came down to the point where each of them were in desperate need of a new car. We decided that we would look into leasing because financially it would be easier than purchasing two cars. We began to shop around and after visiting a few other dealerships and not finding what we were looking for in the price range that we had, a friend recommended that we visit Kia. We decided to give it a shot, and couldn't be more happy with our decision to visit Kia of Burlington. Bob Lucas listened to everything that we had to say and was able to work with the finance guys to keep everything in the price range we had set and they were able to come up with a great deal for two new 2015 Kia Sorentos. Everyone else we crossed path withs during our time at Kia were also great and always offered a friendly hello! I'm beginning to think about looking into getting a new car for myself and when the time comes, Kia of Burlington will be the first place that I go! Excellent service I have purchased several cars from Kia Burlington and have now used their servce center several times over the last week and it was excellent. Everything was fixed and the prices are very reasonable. I had an issue with one car and needed it fixed quickly. They rushed my in and out in about 30 minutes, and I was able to make my appointments for the afternoon. I would highly recommend them for service! More

From my past, I had a horrible experience purchasing a car. I went to get my car fixed and I was interested in looking at new cars. Julian Aguirre was so helpful, he took the time to sit with me, talk about a new car and listen to how I had an awful experience with my last car. He was so generous, he got right to work and asked what I was looking for. I told him I like the Kia Sorento’s but I knew it would be out of my budget. He said “ Don’t worry, I’ll try and get you the best deal.” Later that day, he pulled up a 2015-Kia Sorento and I instantly fell in love! He gave me an awesome price and all I had to do was sign the papers. I got my new car on June 17, 2014. Julian made this process quick, easy, and fun for me. He took care of everything else! Also, he made sure I know how to work the navigation system and all the extra accessories before I left. Julian worked so hard and I appreciate all of his help. He walked me through all the controls inside the car, which made me feel more confident. All of my questions were answered. Bob would always say if you ever need anything or have any questions at any time , to call him and he would be there to help me. That is great service. Great and friendly experience Two weeks ago, May 27, I came in to get my car looked at. Before I agreed to have it looked at I went to the showroom to discuss a possible trade in. Two weeks ago, May 27, I came in to get my car looked at. Before I agreed to have it looked at I went to the showroom to discuss a possible trade in. Unfortunately for my old car, it was time to go and I ended up leasing a 2014 Optima. Julian was awesome at helping me find a deal suitable for me. The irony of the ordeal was that Julian worked with me a year earlier and helping trade in the same exact car I traded in this time around. Julian worked just as hard then to get me in to a new car as he did this time around. Even remembered who I was. The deal was made and not only did I walk out with a new car, my brother worked with Julian and got him in a new car the next day. I had nothing but a great experience at Herb Chambers Kia Motor.
