Julian was knowledgeable about all the new Kia's. When we finally made a decision on which model Sorento we wanted the color my wife wanted (red) was not on the lot. Julian made a trip to Maine to get my wife the car she wanted. he also was not pushy about making a sale. He also came in on his day off to fit my schedule to go over the contract and answer any questions about the car and install the plates. He also setup a date for our 1st free oil change. Julian had a great sense of humor and made it a pleasure to deal with. I will be a repeat customer in 3 yrs. More
Bad experience I was purchasing my first car from a dealer, all my previous vehicles were used or handed down, so I was very excited to be shopping for a car I reall I was purchasing my first car from a dealer, all my previous vehicles were used or handed down, so I was very excited to be shopping for a car I really wanted. I knew exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay. I had test driven the Kia Sorento and knew I wanted it but was searching for the right one with all the luxuries I wanted. I found it at herb chambers in buington. I went in on a Sunday afternoon with intentions to purchase the vehicle. I didn't need to be pressured to buy, which is what I got from the salesman Bob who was test driving with me. I was not impressed at all with the professionalism from the salesman. That day I bought the car. I was to return the next day to pick it up. I was called at 9am the next morning and couldn't pick up because I was working. Not even a minute later he called my job when I specifically told them don't call me at work(I work in a hospital and they don't allow personal calls). I td him I would be there at 5 to pick it up. I arrived at 5 and the car wasn't ready. It was still being cleaned, they knew from the previous day I was coming and confirmed time in the morning. So I waited and when the car was ready I was handed the keys and that was that. The salesman that sold me my car was too busy trying to sell another couple a car instead of taking care of me, knowing what time I was coming and had my children with me. I asked 3 times for my plates to be transferred, I asked 3 different people for the papers to my car atleast 7 times. No exaggeration. I was handed an envelope and basically told bye bye. I guess after the papers are signed they don't value their customers, on to the next. To top off my great experience I received a call later that evening that I needed to sign more paperwork and they couldn't find the key to my trade in. Had they had good or even average customer service this would not have happened. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and was apologized to but that was all. Poor customer service should be addressed and attempts to make it up to the customer were not addressed, maybe a few free oil changes or detail, something to show they care about their customers, but I was offered nothing. I'm also still waiting for my 2nd key that is supposed to come with my car that I've also asked for numerous times. It has been a few weeks. Would not recommend this dealer. They have the same cars at other dealers that value customer service. More

Can't go wrong with Tom I had the pleasure of working with Tom O'Donnell this past week to get in me in a new lease, and I have to say he completely blew away my expectations I had the pleasure of working with Tom O'Donnell this past week to get in me in a new lease, and I have to say he completely blew away my expectations. Tom was very patient, extremely thorough, answered all of my questions, and in general was just a great guy. His primary goal was clearly to make sure I was happy and comfortable. For anyone looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle, Tom is the man to go to. I know when my lease ends, I'll be sitting down with Tom first to see what more he can do for me. Thanks again Tom!!! This is NOT the case with Herb Chambers KIA of Burlington’s sales and leasing consultant- Bob Lucas! At first, I wasn't sure be really wanted to sell me a car. Which was kind of a good thing after being bombarded by other dealership sales people with “wait till you feel the heated steering wheel and try the smartphone Bluetooth app!” Bob, on the other hand, was laid back and mild mannered! He simply asked what I would like. I told him I have a Sedona and want a new one, but this time with heated seats. Oh, that’s the LX one with the convenience package, be said calmly while looked up the inventory to see if some were available. I told him I would like to lease one this time. He looked up the blue book value for my car, as I did for my homework, and he computed a much better offer than I ever expected! Great! But the best part was the 36 monthly payment. Way better than the other three KIA dealerships I visited! I guess when Herb Chambers sells over a million cars every year be allows his people some adjustment for they must truly value our personal experience at all his dealerships. Thus, I bought my new platinum graphite Sedona LX on the spot! It is beautiful! So, if you are in the market for a new KIA and want a salesperson that is laid back but knowledgeable and sincere, please ask for Bob Lucas and he will find you the best vehicle for your needs and budget. This was my experience about Bob! More
Great Salesman!!! Great Experience!! I leased a car in Feb of 2014 from John Francis. I told him I would be back in 2015 to lease another vehicle as my second car lease would be ending. I walked into the dealership on April 4 2015 thinking he would not be there. I asked for him and to my surprise he was still there. (We all know car salesmen are usually gone the next time you go back). Anyways he greeted me by my first name. I have not seen or heard from him in over a year and he remembered my name! I thought right there that this was going to be an easy transaction. I did think that we would start the process and look at some numbers and I would say that I didn't like the numbers and I will be back next month. I figured this would go on for a few months as my lease was ending. However, not only did John and the Management team work with me but I DROVE out of the lot 2 hours later with a new lease and left my old car there!! We were not expecting to leave with a new car and we were not prepared as the old car was messy (we have 2 kids). John said no problem, don’t worry about the mess. Not only did he say that but he actually helped get items from one car to another. I have been leasing vehicles for over 15 years and when I say that this was the BEST experience ever, it is true!! John and Kia of Burlington have made my leasing experience very pleasant. If you want a hassle free and great experience, ask for John Francis!!! You can't go wrong!! I will be back again. More

She didn't feel pressured, and the whole experience was great from beginning to end. Bob was accommodating, charming, and knowledgeable. My second visit was just last week- I had decided to see if I could trade in my Toyota Venza for a more affordable car- not caring too much about what the replacement was, so long as a lower monthly payment could help me get through an annoyingly ill-timed divorce...(aren't they all though?) So, I called Bob, remembering how easy he was to work with. I was not disappointed - he guided me through some options, and explained every aspect of the process clearly. His follow-up is excellent, and everyone who works here is very nice. Bob goes out of his way to make sure everything is on track, called to let me know the car could be ready a day early, even. I wouldn't hesitate to send people here for their car purchases/leases. He custom tailored the experience to my specific goals, and I drove off the lot yesterday, happy with my leased Optima, and lower monthly payment. More
