After having the most horrendous exerience in securing my Porsche from Herb Chambers, I swore I would never go back and have not for the Porsche. BUT - havng just purchased an Infiniti from Anthony Carlino, my wife and I had a fantastic experience both from a customer service perspective as well as the professionalism of Anthony and his team, including Bradley the saleman Anthony is training. I went to the dealership during the memorial weekend to check out a 2009 Mazda CX-9. Like the car and put a $500 dollar deposit. A day later I went to a Mazda dealership and found that with the incentives and rebates, it works better for me to get a new one instead. Even though I changed my mind after putting down $500 deposit, I was able to get the deposit back a week and half later with the help of the general manager at the dealership. More
I purchased a G37xS when my car broke down while visiting Massachusetts. The situation put me in a vulnerable position but James Douglass and the sales team put me at ease. James knew that I was also considering a different brand but he never put me under any pressure and patiently arranged for me to test drive a few models more than once. He graciously answered all questions and addressed all concerns. He and the sales team were friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We easily and quickly negotiated a good deal which Stu Green then (painlessly and with plenty of humor) arranged for financing. James then spent almost an hour with me as we reviewed all the functions and features before I drove off. Upon my return for the first scheduled service, I found everyone to be very friendly and efficient and the workmanship was as good as what I would expect from this first-rate dealership. In addition to the great personnel, the building is beautiful and the customer experience is perfect. More

They both apologized and exhibited a sincere concern regarding my initial/extremely negative feedback. Both gentleman convinced me that nothing less than a positive customer experience is paramount. Herb committed to following up directly with Infiniti regarding the ordering mishap. Herb and Parnav committed to correcting the area's they were lax in. Herb and Parnav expressed their desire to develop and maintain a positive relationship. Both offered an extended maintenance program, that will basically cover my entire 36 month lease. I plan to meet with Parnav week of 6/7. I communicated to Parnav and Herb that I will return to the dealership when our 36 month expires. Today's follow-up from the GM and Owner are a testimony to Herb Chambers and staff commitment to a positive and long-lasting experience. Time will tell if the commitments are short lived or truly long lasting. More

We were already familiar with the Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough Service Dept. – and our very satisfying experiences with Terry there are what brought us into familiar with the Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough Service Dept. – and our very satisfying experiences with Terry there are what brought us into their Sales Dept. when our G35x lease came to an end. This was our best auto leasing experience yet – and we've been through 6 to-date with other dealerships. We research the heck out of our vehicles before we ever enter a dealership. Everyone in the dealership was totally comfortable with this (not the case with previous dealerships with whom we've dealt). We're big believers in "you get what you put out – so we walked in with a good attitude and left the dealership smiling. Anthony Carlino, Paul Martineau and Stu are all consummate professionals. We love our new EX35 and our new relationship with Herb Chamber Infiniti of Westborough. A+++! More

I enjoyed my experience here. Everyone was very helpful and did everything that they could to get me into the car I wanted.
