I have been contemplating purchasing an Infiniti G37X for some time. I have been driving the earlier version G35X since 2005. Working with new car salesmen has never been one of my favorite things to do. From the moment I arrived at the dealership and met Anthony it was a very positive experience. He was very patient and spent a bit of time showing me many of the available cars. The test drive pretty much sold me on the car. Throughout the entire process I did not feel pressured in any way to buy but Anthony was very professional allowing me to make my decision. Overall, I would highly recommend Anthony if you are interested in buying a new Infiniti. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Even though I live far from the dealership I will certainly consider buying again from Anthony. More

I had an Infinity FX35 which I loved. However, the seat glider broke and I was upset to learn how expensive it was to fix. I was not happy with Infinity products. I was so impressed by their courtesy and service that my husband and I BOTH bought cars from Anthony Carlino at Herb Chambers Infinity in Westboro, MA. I bought a new 2011 M37X and my husband bought a 2008 M35X. We both LOVE our cars. Anthony has done an outstanding job throughout the process of purchase and service to our vehicles. I have been looking for the perfect used car for me for about six months. I had used the internet for all of my information. I had just a couple of must haves. It had to be a Jeep with heated seats at a price I could afford. When I found the Jeep online it had everything I wanted, now I just needed it to fit my budget. I was very nervous about going alone and dealing with everything.I drove the hour to Westborough, dealt with Route 9 traffic, then realized there was more then one Herb Chambers dealership and had no idea where I was suppose to go. I pulled into the beautiful Infiniti dealer and walked into the door and all of a sudden life got a lot easier. I was greeted by the friendly face of Anthony Carlino. I showed him a picture of the Jeep I had found online and he took it from there. He gave me a tour of the building(what a beautiful and efficient dealership)talked about and explained everything in detail. They even give loaner cars if I ever had a problem with my Jeep. I tried out the Jeep and it was perfect and he made the numbers work. From the time I walked in the door till I walked out with my new car was less than 4 hours. Wow! They took care of everything! I felt that I was treated with respect even though I was buying a used Jeep at an Infinite dealership. I am in the service industry and good service means a lot to me. What a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Anthony and the people at Herb Chambers of Westborough. More

Update: Repair is now complete. Dealer had to adjust contract one week after signing. Apparently the residual I was given was incorrect and another fee was added accidentally. Update: Had some loaner car issues and a repair issue. Again, mistakes happen and after finding out about how long people in their positions it makes sense. Long story short after dealing with service mgr, customer service mgr, and general mgr and a few others, problems were resolved and was treated in a very courteous manner. Sales is very knowledgable and everyone is friendly but too many mistakes happened which affected my overall experience. I hope the dealership file this one under "lessons learned". More

I had originally written a poor review for this dealership because of some issues that I had with getting everything I completed on the car. About 10 minutes after writing the review the GM Pranav dealership because of some issues that I had with getting everything I completed on the car. About 10 minutes after writing the review the GM Pranav called me directly. He made sure that all of my complaints were handled both swiftly and completely. The car was brought back into the shop the very next morning and they were extremely friendly and had a loaner vehicle ready. The next day we picked up the car and everything that Dan and Pranav promised was completed and the car looked great. I will return to this dealership again in the future for both service, and another purchase. More

Friendliness: i literally could not walk more than a few feet without someone offering their help or just asking how we were doing. Of course I don't mean this in a bad way. It was just enough for you to feel free to walk around the showroom without having anyone on your back 100% of the time and yet you always had someone 5 seconds way to answer any questions you had at anytime! Just the right measure! My overall experience as you can see was great. Happy with the people I talked with. Chris was "THE MAN"! I am going to say something to all of you reading this review: I got in there and honestly I thought an Infiniti EX-35 was way beyond my budget. I am happy Chris proved me wrong. Honestly if your like me, talk to Chris he will find the right car for the right price for you! I bought an used car and that is usually a limiting factor in the sense that most of the times you can't really choose a whole lot. But at Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westboro and with Chris I'm happy! I bought this car with a couple of missing things that even after the deal was closed they made an extra effort to get them for me at no extra cost (a couple of really nice carpets and the car manual). I was referred to Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough by a friend who said they are the best dealership to do business with, and my friend could not have been more right. Pranav, their GM, personally int by a friend who said they are the best dealership to do business with, and my friend could not have been more right. Pranav, their GM, personally introduced himself to me when I came in and offered to help me in any way he could. He introduced me to John Cantlin, Sales Rep, who assisted me from there. I have visited a number of other dealerships and I can absolutely say that John is BY FAR the best salesperson I have worked with. I went into the dealership convinced that I wanted the G37S, which is the most expensive of the G trims (which any salesperson on commission would be thrilled about). Instead, John pointed me to the less expensive, but more practical, G37X all wheel drive version. John put my best interest before a bigger commission check, which few salespeople would do. When it came time to negotiate the terms of the lease, John was very upfront and easy to work with from the start. He didn't play any "car salesman games", but instead assisted me in getting the best deal I possibly could. I left the dealership that day confident that John helped me get a great deal. When it came time to pick up my car two days later, John went above and beyond in arranging all the insurance/registration logistics. I made one call to my insurance company in the morning to let them John would be calling and he handled the rest perfectly in a matter of just a few hours. Overall, I could not say enough about my experience with Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, Pranav Gill, and John Cantlin. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Infiniti! More
