I originally purchased a 2010 G37X and I felt that I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy by Mr. Carlino, particularly when discussing the price of the vehicle and the value of my trade-in. Anthony listened attentively to my point of view as to the value of the trade-in and the research I had done. Anthony was very helpful in going through the vehicle with me and helping me connect my phone and going over other aspects of the vehicle. Although the G37x is a beautiful vehicle, after a day or so, I decided for personal reasons that I actually preferred the larger M37x. I went back to Herb Chambers Infinti and spoke to Anthony about changing to the M37x. Anthony was instrumental in my being able to swap the G37 for the M37 which I attribute to his professionalism and sincere care and appreciation for his customers. I felt that Anthony had my best interest in mind while working with me. I appreciated his honesty in explaining to me the effect of switching vehicles and the amount of time that he spent with me. Anthony was available to answer all my questions and I was particularly impressed that Anthony went the extra mile to help me switch to the other vehicle. I was treated very fairly regarding the price of the new vehicle even though I had originally purchased a different one and I attribute this largely to Anthony's input and his desire to treat his customers fairly. I was in the market for a used Infiniti M35X and had been shopping them compared to a BMW 5 and 7 series. I compared prices and looked at 15-20 cars prior to purchasing. The sales associate I was working with stayed in touch with me, asked me what kind of communication I preferred - I responded that an occasional email wouild be great, and to let me know if he saw any vehicles that matched my criteria. Honestly, I thought I would be nagged, but was pleasantly surprised to find that I was NOT! Chris was persistent, but not bothersome. A trade came in to the dealership on a Friday for a white/tan interior 2010 M35X with low mileage - exactly what I was looking for. Chris emailed me on Saturday morning, I stopped by to see the car on Saturday night, and came back to the dealer and bought the car on Sunday afternoon. The process couldn't have been simpler. The negotiations on price were straightforward and uncomplicated. I got what I believe to be a fair price and reasonable value for my trade. I also decided after careful consideration to purchase my used car from a dealer vs. an independent used car company. I found the extended warranty options to be fantastic, extending to 6 years from initial date of service or 100,000 miles - while the prices at independent dealers were slightly better, the peace of mind for me was worth the extra price (I'm estimating between 1-4% higher. As of writing this, I would buy another car from them. I love my new (pre-owned) M35X, it's everything I thought it would be. More

He understood what I was looking for and made the effort to find a car that I would be happy with (unlike salesmen at some dealerships who will try to push a specific car on the customer). There were no high pressure sales tactics that have driven me out of many other showrooms and sales offices. Anthony showed his knowledge by answering all of my questions. What impressed me most was the time that Anthony spent with me after the sale had been made. He showed me additional features, helped me set up the bluetooth and went on one final test drive to fill the gas tank and make sure everything was running smoothly. He offered to meet again at my convenience go over additional questions. Thank you Anthony, Pat, Michael and the rest of the staff. This was my best car buying/shopping experience. I never felt rushed or pressured, or that I wasn't taken seriously and every person I dealt with was friendly, helpful and had time for all my questions (there were many!). As a single woman I dreaded visiting any car dealership - I expected chauvinism, condescension and that "here's the mirror for doing your makeup" attitude. I was very pleasantly surprised. There were other options for me, but I chose to buy from Anthony and Herb Chambers because I trust that I will continue to receive this level of service for many years to come. More
