Got Honda Civic 2018 serviced last Wednesday Received excellent from Service Advisor Sean DeSilva. He was friendly, and he also knew what he was doing. I did not wait for car, he sent me home in a Lyft excellent from Service Advisor Sean DeSilva. He was friendly, and he also knew what he was doing. I did not wait for car, he sent me home in a Lyft. Horrible place. They told me I needed breaks and rotors at 19K miles, brought my car to my mechanic, who said I wouldn’t need breaks for over a year. They try to upsell you and tell you things are wrong that are not. This has happened multiple times. Unless you are under warranty, I advise you find an honest mechanic. They also do not wash your car and for a scheduled oil change the wait is at least 3 hours sitting in the crowded waiting room. They finally took my car in when I went out in the parking lot after 2 hours and complainedh that my car was still sitting there untouched, and this was WITH an appointment. I will never go there again, and I recommend you don’t either. More
