Took my 2011 in for recall work. The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. The service agent arranged Lyft rides, at dealership expense, to take me home and back The work was estimated to take longer than originally told. And my car was ready early, allowing me to work a half day. Everyone that l dealt with was polite and helpful. More

I recently needed service done to my Honda CRV that I purchase a couple of years ago at the Morrissey Blvd. location. My vehicle needed several expensive repairs, I was not happy! Service Advisor Sean DeSilva took the time to explain to me in depth what needed to be done, he explained in depth what my car needed, also what could be covered under my Honda warranty and my supplemental warranty. The service department was very busy and he was patient and understanding. Basically Sean’s kindness changed my day and I appreciated it more than I can say. Thank you Sean! More

Sean DeSilva provided me with excellent customer service when I brought my car in due to an issue with my car's AC. He clearly explained the potential issues they were going to investigate and clearly commu when I brought my car in due to an issue with my car's AC. He clearly explained the potential issues they were going to investigate and clearly communicated what would need to be true in order for my service to be covered under warranty. He promptly called me later in the day explaining that my issue was indeed covered and that I didn't need to pay anything out of pocket. He scheduled a courtesy Lyft to take me home and back since they needed to keep my car for the day to service it. Overall the experience was seamless and Sean was incredibly helpful and friendly!
