Return customer This was my first time at this new location as I purchased my car from this dealership at their previous address. When I walked in, I was not sure exa This was my first time at this new location as I purchased my car from this dealership at their previous address. When I walked in, I was not sure exactly where to go but was greeted almost immediately by Nick Tarquini. He helped me with the service I needed since I had an appointment for my inspection sticker. A couple of days prior I learned that I needed an oil change too and he was so helpful adding that on to my service. He gave me a two hour window for the work to be completed so I had a real expectation of time, but the work was completed in about an hour! He answered all my questions and was quite informative. I will definitely look for him the next time my car needs to be serviced. More

Sean was extremely professional and answered all my questions. While I waited for my repairs Sean kept me updated with the status and the parts needed to complete my repair. Sean not only fully explain the cause of the problem but explained using a parts diagram to explain fully the source of the problem and how the replacement part would resolve it. Had to get a defaulted rear Door lock actuator installed The lock door actuator was defected under a class suit against Honda and even though the warranty had expired Honda should have fixed it for free or a The lock door actuator was defected under a class suit against Honda and even though the warranty had expired Honda should have fixed it for free or at least give me a break on the price! I paid over $450 for it! I will think twice before I buy another Honda which is too bad since this is my second Honda and soon I will be in the market for a new car. More
