2/ 10/2025 Extremely happy Sean DeSilva Service Advisor and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 and service manager Susan who saved me three to six THOUSAND DOLLARS. I had a transmission code, P0741 faulty Torque Converter. No recalls 2018 Honda Pilot with 93,000 miles way out of warrantee. Shawn researched and found that Honda America had extended the warrantee for defective Torque Converters. Extended warrantee to cover a bunch of Honda models to 150 k miles and 8 years. Cost to repair ZERO. Sean was excellent getting parts and getting me out the door. 5 Stars + . The side mirror parts had been ordered a few days prior, but when installation began, we discovered that the wrong mirror side had been deli DeSilva. Sean went above and beyond to ensure I still got my mirror replaced that same day. He made multiple calls to Honda to resolve the issue, coordinating to get the correct part delivered as quickly as possible. Throughout the entire process, he kept me informed and reassured me that he was doing everything he could to fix the situation. To top it off, despite the mix-up not being his or the dealership's fault, Sean generously took $100 off my service charges as a courtesy for the inconvenience of waiting. That level of customer service, dedication, and professionalism is rare to find! I truly appreciate Sean’s effort and commitment to making sure I left satisfied.
