I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord & it was much easier than i imagined it to be. The customer service was not only impeccable, but it was a very speedy & smooth experience. We just purchased new Honda CR-V. This was by far the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made (9 Honda's so far). Prior to coming to Herb Chambers, my wife and I had shopped around at several local dealerships...invariably we ran into one issue or another; can't find the vehicle we want, wrong color, wrong price, or downright insulting offers on our trade-in. We finally got a referral, from a relative, to speak to the sales manager at Herb Chambers Honda, Howie Reske. We contacted Howie Reske directly. Howie is a no-xx kind of guy. He gave us a great trade-in price for our car and a great vehicle price on the new CR-V. Howie turned us over to one of his sales reps, Jose Carrasquillo. Both Howie and Jose were very honest, friendly, and accommodating. The car was delivered 2 days later to two very satisfied customers. Thank you Howie and Jose! More

Buying my first car was a nightmare from Herb Chambers. I am a student in PA but my family is in MA so when I came home for thanksgiving break I stopped at Herb Chambers to look at a new Honda Civic. Worst m am a student in PA but my family is in MA so when I came home for thanksgiving break I stopped at Herb Chambers to look at a new Honda Civic. Worst mistake of my life. Getting everything together so I could finally drive the car back to school took over 2 wks and then I finally pick up the car and learn a week later that the car I was given was reported stolen. So now I am in PA driving a stolen car and my sales rep is of no help. They basically wanted me to drive a stolen car back to MA so I could exchange it. It wasn't until we begged and got a lawyer that they finally agreed to drive my car to PA and pick up the one they had reported stolen. Never again will I buy from them and avoid Keith Obanor Banks or whatever his alias is at all costs! He is the most disrespectful and incompetent person I have dealt with. After writing this review I was contacted by Mr. Howie Reske manager of Herb Chambers and he offered me a very sincere apology and compensation for everything that had happened. I am glad he got involved and helped me resolve this issue. I look forward to working with him in the future and will recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is buying a car. More

I've been dealing with these guys for 20+ years and they're fantastic. Their customer service is great. They schedule appointments quickly and keep you informed of your vehicle's repair status. I've never had to bring my vehicle back for something they didn't fix correctly the first time. The service people are friendly and don't try to sell you services you don't need. I trust them. They're very reasonable pricewise and don't try to nickel-and-dime you every chance they get. They understand that there are a lot of places to have your vehicle serviced, so they go out of their way to always do their best to make sure you come back. They also have a shuttle that can take you pretty much anywhere in Boston and the surrounding communities if you leave your vehicle for the day. Their waiting area is spacious and they have TVs and computers available if you wait for your vehicle. More

I saw an add in the boston globe for the 2010 Honda CRV, and was a little skeptical about the low lease payment. Later that day, a manager named Don Smith called me back, and asked if he could assist me, and informed me that here were a limited number left at this price. We agreed on an appointment that saturday, I was surprised to meet Mr. Smith waiting for me at the front desk. In the end Jonathan Dias was my sales men, i was very happy with his relaxed sales attitude. I will service my CRV there and hope to do business there in the future. More

This is my third Honda lease in the past seven years. Two of these leases have been through the Herb Chambers Honda Dealership. Previous leases were for Honda Accords but this time I chose to go with the hig of these leases have been through the Herb Chambers Honda Dealership. Previous leases were for Honda Accords but this time I chose to go with the highly rated 2009 Civic due to the fact that I desired a car smaller then the Accord plus a car offering a little better gas mileage around town. I have had no problems with my previously leased Accords and expect the same or better of my 2009 Civic. Being physically unable to return my 2006 Accord to the Herb Chambers Honda Dealership upon the expiration of my lease, the dealership took care of the delivery of my newly leased car and the turn in of my old car. I am very satisfied with Herb Chambers Honda Dealership. More
