Bill was beyond helpful, and in helping to close the deal. We had one small incident with a different manager, but Sam and Bill both went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Sam and the other dealers were all great and it was nice for the dealership manager to also stop by and talk with me about the purchase. The Finacing person was also great and both he and Sam spent the time to explain all the stuff and transaction as well as coverages to me, even intoduced me to new stuff I did not have before. I have bought several cars before in my life but I have never had such a great and freindly experince with a dealer and this makes for the second great major transaction at that dealership. I am extremely happy with my Fit and the handling of the transaction, I look forward to continung with the dealership and especialy with Sam and the service team. More

The Honda store still uses the old-fashioned, game-playing dealer tactics that give car-buying a bad name, while the Infiniti store is a no-nonsense, well-run, customer-oriented establishment. The Honda service facility is an impersonal factory where the customer is merely a number. Work has to be done here to bring this place up to 21st century customer expectations. More

going car shopping with my mother was non the less VERY stresfull we searched high and low for used cars in great condition with a resonable price ;i would see a car i liked but the milage was to high or t stresfull we searched high and low for used cars in great condition with a resonable price ;i would see a car i liked but the milage was to high or the price was so we never saw eye to until we went to herb chambers.we were both able to agree on a car that fit her standrads. when it came to milage and price even though she isnt to fond of the color, the car is for me not her so thats one thing she didnt have control over . all in all we made a great deal on an 07 accord which is pretty good for my first car . im very happy and pleased with the great hospitality if im not being to suttle.and would encourage peopel to their "car shopping" with herb chambers.
