Elie could not have been more unprofessionally rude if he tried. I am convinced he logged on and rated himself the 5 star rating because his quality of work does not merit anything above bad. It is crystal clear from the first minute of meeting Elie that everything he does in life is to benefit himself and only himself. He is extremely short tempered and is in no way looking to "help you buy a car" but purely looking to make his own profits and incentives. His email correspondence is at a 3rd grade writing level and he fails to even use spell check. If you make an appointment with him you will in fact still wait around until he's done scamming other customers just so he can squeeze a little life out of you. I left the dealership 100% defeated and angered every time I went there. He is the definition of a scummy slimy salesman and he reeks of egotistical arrogance. More

Rophy, Dana and the Chambers team have impressed me. Doing the right thing in business is not a very common practice. I very recently purchased a certified accord. After getting the new-to-me car home I Doing the right thing in business is not a very common practice. I very recently purchased a certified accord. After getting the new-to-me car home I noticed some body damage that had previously gone unseen by us all. I felt duped. I was immediately upset and expected the worst. I decided to contact Rophy. He reassured me and told me not to worry. He then reached out to the Manager (Dana) and informed him of our situation. After stopping by to show the damage to Dana and Rophy (still expecting bad news) Dana told me that he would be glad to take care of the damage... at my convenience... free of charge! Needless to say, I was surprised, greatful and still apprehensive. I brought my car back and it was made perfect in less than 24 hours. Still half expecting a bill I went to get my car. Rophy was the first to greet me with a smile and a handshake. My car was fixed. It was free and everyone seemed happy to make the problem go away! After this experience, I will probably have to only buy cars from Rophy at Herb Chambers Honda. I have confidence that he and Dana will "have my back" in all future dealings. More
This was my first car purchase and I was not excited for the experience when I first approached it. However, James Shaughnessy was very easy to speak with; very informative and understood my needs/wants. Ja the experience when I first approached it. I'm not so sure the process always moves as smoothly as it did for myself, but I was very satisfied with my experience, and if I'm ever in the need for another car, I'm going to go back there and ask for James.
