Let me just tell you of how I will never bring my vehicles, whether GM or not, anywhere else but the dealership that has Michael Anagnos either as a Service Advisor or as their Service Manager. I have followed Mike from when I first met him at a previous delaership, and his service, the way he treats his co-workers and customers is second to none. Herb Chambers is lucky to have him and should do everything to make sure he continues to do what he does so well, becuase that way it will be a willing combination for company and employee. He is the type of person that if he was in my line of business I would be knocking on the door everyday to pull him into my company. He makes sure that as a customer you understand everything that needs to and should be done to your vehicle, without the pushy, well just pay it cause your vehicle is broken attitude you get from other service advisors. You are never left hanging on what is going on when you are dealing with Mike. It was even better when I found that he went to Herb Chambers because they are known for great service already and adding him to the mix has just upped their reputation for caring for thier customers. I have bought a couple of cars from Herb Chambers and will continue to do so due to their outstanding business model and customer attention, but when it comes to service I cannot deny going with the only person I trust my family's saftey to when it comes to cars and I am extremly lucky that I have my favortie dealership company and service person in one. I would say that Mike has sort of a "service Following" whenever I have to have service there are always people looking for him to speak to him, people that have followed him from past dealerships, and new customers that are talking about the way they were taking care of and will tell their friends or they are the friend that was told to go see Mike, no matter what Make and Model they drive. It is very rare in this day and age to have a dealership as your home or everyday mechanic, and believe it is becuase of him. Do not let me forget that the Mechanics that Mike has for a support staff are great as well - car ready when it is promised, clean when given back, details of what they did (even if Mike already went through it with you), they are just the icing on the cake. I would soley recommend any service department that has Michael Anagnos at teh helm or close to it, no matter the sales end of the dealership. I coudl go on and on and give examples of why my mind is made up that this is the only way to go for auto repairs, but I invite you to see for yourself, that way you could even try to see if you could catch to see if was not telling the truth, I would bet you that the service you get being a first time customer or a long time customer, you will be blown away with how well you are treated! Well I have only good thing to say about my experience with Herb Chambers dealership and the people who work there. I went to the dealer to take a look at the new Camaro and get some information about the with Herb Chambers dealership and the people who work there. I went to the dealer to take a look at the new Camaro and get some information about the vehicle. Well that same day I had a test drive, and so many good offers it was just hard to say no. Starting with the Sales consultant Corey Stewart, he was just great in every sence, he understud my situation and found some great options that I just couldn't say no. The sales manager was great too, he helped in great ways. That same day I went just to find some information about the car of my dreams, the 2010 Camaro, I left the dealer just a few hours later being a proud owner of a 2010 Cevy Camaro!!! More

I must say my recent visit to the Herb Chambers Chevy Cadillac Dealership was absolutely superb. I dealt with the most professional Sales person, Corey Stewart. He listened to my every need. I ended up purchasing an Equinox due to the fact of the up beat and honesty of Mr. Stewart. I will tell you, we have already recommended quite a few family members and friends to Mr. Stewart and will continue to do so. The delivery of our vehicle was just as pleasaant and we never felt rushed at any time with Mr. Stewart.
