The best atmosphere of any dealership I have ever been in to. Whether I was buying or with someone. The staff was extremely courteous as well as knowledgeable. Having that type of staff really eased the purchasing portion, and made me feel far more comfortable with what I was buying. There was no, "Oh well we have this vehicle", or "this vehicle has some of the options you want, let's look at this one." It was all what I wanted, nothing more or less. That's the way a dealership should be, and I'm glad I found one that is. The sales people are non-aggressive, you can window shop all you want without being interrupted, and when it's time to talk to them, they're more than glad to go over everything with you. Finance was a breeze as well, from top to bottom. I wasn't hassled on any portion of my purchase, as far as interest rate, overall payment or most importantly the final options to choose. Like I mentioned before, everything was what I wanted. That's not to say they didn't go over anything with me, because anything I had a question on they covered in full. I can't stress how perfect of a purchase that was for me, being a young first time buyer, I feel like I received the best care a dealership could offer. My hat is off to the employees of Herb Chambers Chevrolet, and the entire business as well. More

People equate purchasing a car with going to the dentist for painful shots of novocain and endless drilling. However, the staff at Herb Chambers Chevrolet made this a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I found a car that I love thanks to the help of Sal, the Sales Manager, Kevin Fitzpatrick, Sales Consultant and John Scola,Jr., who helped in the purchase of my new 2010 Chevrolet Malibu. Kevin Fitzpatrick was very patient and considerate. He listened to what my expectations and needs were for a new car and discussed options. Kevin is very knowledgeable with the Chevrolet product a taught me how to use Bluetooth. John Scola worked with me to finalize the deal and complete the financing. I would like to elaborate on my wonderful experience over at Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. I went in on my day off last week to look at a new 2010 Malibu. I was greeted by a great salesman, Corey Stewart at Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. I went in on my day off last week to look at a new 2010 Malibu. I was greeted by a great salesman, Corey Stewart who presented himself professionally and very knoweledgeable I liked the fact that I did not feel rushed and was very comfortable with my visit. He took his time in showing me many cars out on the lot and was willing to let me test drive as many malibu's as I needed to. I had then realized that the 2010 Malibu was out of my budget and at that point Corey was able to turn me over to a used Malibu that was in fact within my budget. I have been to many dealerships over the years but have never felt so comfortable and relaxed while visiting Chevy of Danvers. I will be back to buy a Malibu within the next couple of months due to the fact of the treatment that I endured while vising the dealership. I would recommend Mr. Stewart to any one of my family and friends. More

In a world "infested" with dishonest sales and service people, workers who invent and stretch necessary costs, I have found in Herb Chambers and in Corey Stewart old fashioned dependability and honesty. When it was time to buy my new Buick LeCross, I never even considered an alternate place or person from whom to buy. Corey went "above and beyond" to assist my every need. Mr. Fitzpatrick was professional in his manner, was very comfortable in dealing with customers who are about to make a major investment in a down market. At no time did we feel pressured to buy the new automobile. All my qustions were satisfactorily answered and the demo drive cinched the deal. We were calling Kevin by his first name in just a few minutes, and all the requests I made for additions on the car, inluding the super 100,000 mile warranty, LowJack, external auto start, side steps, floor mats, Rear Tire cover, roof rails, tow hitch package were all completed when our dream car was delivered to North Hampton, New Hampshire.
