I hate car shopping...HATE car shopping. Back in September I had to purchase a new (used) vehicle after my car was totaled. I just wanted to leave as soon as the salesmen started to chase me around while I tried to look at cars. I ended up at Herb Chambers after a friend of mine told me about how well she was treated there. I was looking at the used cars when I thought 'here we go again, another vulture' when Keving Fitzpatrick approached me. I was very suprised at how laid back he was from the moment I met him. He wasn't pushy at all and joked around about how some salesmen use high pressure treatment to get you in a car. After looking at a few cars, I decided that I wanted to talk prices on a Toyota Corolla that they had. Kevin was great throughout the entire process. At no point in time did I feel pressured. He offered to show me the CarFax on the car before I even asked for it. Long story short, I bought the car and am still happy with my decision 3 months later. I still hate buying cars but, when it comes time to buy another, I'll go back to see Kevin again! Customer for life. More

Then our sales assistant Paul Blanchette showed us a low mileage 2009 Impala, which was just what we wanted, was certified, and was priced right. He was very helpful through this whole process. He did not presure us to buy the new car. He made every effort to make sure the Impala was in good shape. He made sure the one problem that we had later with the car was taken care of free of charge under the warranty. More

After visiting eight local dealership I was still unsure of what I wanted. I was not in a hurry and just wanted to walk the lot and look around, i was killing time while my husband was in surgey. I knew right away that was the car I wanted, the problem I didn't want to buy the car without my husbands imput and i wanted to do some reach on the car. Paul Blanchette was wonderful to work with, he was not pushy or overbearing. Paul was very easy to work with, if he didn't know the answers himself he got the answer from somone else. We returned three days later to buy the car, I am very happy with it and would return again and request Paul. More

I went into Herb Chambers Chevrolet after visiting many dealerships and it seemed that not one sales person had the time for me until I stumbled upon Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. I have never felt so c dealerships and it seemed that not one sales person had the time for me until I stumbled upon Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers. I have never felt so comfortable with a down to earth sales person, Corey Stewart. He was absolutely professional understood that I was not purchasing that evening but still went above and beyond! I will be purchasing within the next month or so and will definately keep in touch with Mr. Stewart. He keeps me up to date on the current inventory but yet is not pushy which is exactly what I am looking for. I would like to say kudos to Corey for being one of the most professional car sales people I have ever met. From start to finish everything is kept professional and all about my car purchase (along with a few jokes which is great). I think Mr. Stewart would be a fabulous leader for the dealership! I visited this dealership looking to prepare myself to perhaps switch to Chevrolet after being a long time Ford customer. I was greeted by Ted Bouchard and my experience with him could not have been better. I have shopped around in my day and have met some pretty friendly sales people. Not only was Ted engaging and easy-going but he actually knew a great deal about the products. Now THAT is unusual! Although he understood that a sale would not be imminent, Ted was patient, knowledgeable and offered thoughtful explanations and pertinent knowledge. He is a consummate professional and I'm hoping my quest leads me back to him and Herb Chambers. Ted certainly made the right pitch for that to happen. More
