great job, Scott Lyon got me in and out in one hour, I had lost my windshield wipers in the middle of a blizzard and the place was packed with all the new cars so they could plow. Scott is the best Service person I have ever run across. A few weeks ago my wife was going ot Vermont to pick up mt daughter form school, when they ran into a cold front and snow storm. her windshield fluid A few weeks ago my wife was going ot Vermont to pick up mt daughter form school, when they ran into a cold front and snow storm. her windshield fluid was freezing coming out of the ports and then stopped all together. Fearing something had broken she called me and I called Scott to see if he could help with a dealership in the area that might be able to check her car quickly. Scott called Dealerships in Montpelier and Burlington for and gave her the names, address and phone numbers so she could find them if the problem persisited. Unfortuntely, both dealerships were "too busy" to even have her stop by and take a quick look. I was shocked, as on more than one occaision we have had a small issue and Scott always stop by and let me look, it might a quick fix. As it turned out the problem was freezing fluid due to the extreme cold and temperature change, but I'm sure you can imagine the concren of being on an interstate highway in snow with salt spray and trucks and being unable to clear it. Scott is "the" reason I buy vehicles form Herb Chambers. I have bought many cars from that location over the years and have 4 vehicles on the road and being serviced there.
