Joe demonstrated the perfect mix of pro knowledge & personal/relational dialog that convinced me that I was in the right Chevy location & working with the right sales pro. (I'd already passed on two other RS's in the weeks prior). Joe's follow up between the purchase-signing & taking delivery day (5 days later) was thorough & unsolicited by me. He took the initiative to reach out & make sure I knew all I needed to take delivery & turn in my trade-in...even drove the Traverse to my NH town hall to take my trade-in, deliver the Traverse & instruct me while I sat in the RS on the myriad of mechanical & digital functions that were either new to me (I turned in a 20-yr-old Solara convertible) or worked differently than my old trade-in. I will highly recommend to anyone buying a new Chevy to go see Joe. Manager Alex, who filled in during one visit when Joe was off, was also very helpful & professional during the buying process.
