Once again, I made an appointment for my 2018 GMC Denali for service and repair. I spoke to Mike Anagnos In Service He gave me an appointment within a day to take care of my preventative maintenance and a t for service and repair. I was kind of stuck for a ride home, and Mike set me up with one of Herb Chambers courtesy vehicles and took me home. (The drivers name was Doug what a great guy and a gentleman) My vehicle was tied up for the day, but the next morning Mike contacted me and told me that my vehicle was all set to go. Unfortunately, I could not find a ride back to the dealership. Mike told me not to worry that somebody would pick me up in a half an hour. To my surprise, it was Doug! on the way back to the dealership we had a couple of laughs talking about old times. I arrived at the dealership, and Mike greeted me, and everything was taken care of, and then some. I am very fussy about my Denali, being outside of my surroundings, but having established a relationship with Mike, I always know that my vehicle is in the best of hands. I'm very comfortable with the way it's dropped off and the way it returned to me. Mike is the reason why I return to Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers.
