It hasn't been a pleasant experience overall and if one more person "mans speaks" to me...just grrrr My experience at the Chevy dealership was a welcomed breathe of fresh air. Paulie treated me like a customer (you know, the person who might buy the car!). He assumed I wanted to know everything about the potential purchase, engine functions included. This might seem like small things, but I was grateful for the time he took with me and for making the experience smooth. Ask for Paulie Polacke...he has my gratitude and respect. More
Bumper replacement after being rear ended in June Oren Seatten, Body Shop Manager at 90 Andover St, Danvers, , replaced the bumper using the insurance amount, in 2 days. His staff, Jennifer and Meli Oren Seatten, Body Shop Manager at 90 Andover St, Danvers, , replaced the bumper using the insurance amount, in 2 days. His staff, Jennifer and Melissa, were so helpful and professional. I felt very confident they would do the job they did. Picking up the car and returning the rental at the same location was so convenient as well. Last week I had to have a window replaced and David Dragonas was very helpful. Lila in that service department is always excellent in following up as well. I bought my car in 2009 (it is a 2008 Sebring) from Will LaFlash. It is serving me well and at soon-to-be 80 years old probably will be my last car. I live across the street from the 107 Andover Street showroom in Danvers at Brooksby Village and appreciate Tommy driving me back and forth. Warranty issues,no call backs,no information. felt walked on Funny thing is the sales people i worked with were great. They promised i would be taken care of if anything ever came up with the car( a 2016 jeep Ch Funny thing is the sales people i worked with were great. I never though i was being looked down upon or walked over as a young single female as i had at other places. I even gave my sales persons name out when ever anyone was looking for a car. But now that i have a problem with the car that's now 1.5 yrs old and have brought it in 3 times now for the same issue( water saturating my carpets across the whole car), do i get any call backs or emails or txt's.... Nope.. its radio silence so i have no idea what is going on with my car that i paid close to 30k for. I had to do my own research to find out that the problem i'm having is a manufacturers defect. Wont be buying from Herb again and its all because of the service center and i wont be suggesting anyone buy a car from them. More

I paid my down payment plus the registration and license plate fees. I was congratulated and told I would be called when the car was ready to be taken home. Two hours later I receive a phone call saying I would need a co-signer or the payments would change drastically. This was NEVER something that ever even came up. My credit is good and I was congratulated on my new car. Now I'm left with no car, wasted time, AND a hard pull on my credit for absolutley nothing. More

Five years ago, while visiting Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers, General Manager Jim Klimas introduced me to a gently used 2004 Ford Five years ago, while visiting Herb Chambers Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Danvers, General Manager Jim Klimas introduced me to a gently used 2004 Ford Expedition. It was very important to me that the vehicle was a safe one as I have three drivers, two of whom are in high school and one is in college. I am pleased to report that this vehicle has been driven 50,000 miles and has only required oil changes and a set of new tires. What a great value at a great price! Thank you Jim! More

Misleading Corey demonstrated his own remote start and touted what a great feature it is that comes with OnStar. They did not take us back out to the Malibu we just test drove to show us exactly where it was on that car. When we finalized the deal and went to pick up the car, Rhalder was going over the features. When we asked about where the remote start button was, Rhalder said this car didn't have it. When we said we were told it came with it, he didn't offer to clarify, but I realize he may have been in an awkward situation, as he had 0 to do with the sale a few days prior. I went in to speak to Corey, but he was intently in a conversation, didn't see or acknowledge me standing there, and I didn't want to wait. I have only driven the car to work and home (2 mi. each way) for 2 days now, and we just noted a scratch over 1 taillight on the side. Wish I'd seen this at the dealership, as it's about 1" long x 1/8" deep, and painted in .....I know it was there but I missed it on pick up day. As the car is leased, now I'm afraid I'll be held responsible. This should have been seen by me, or pointed out by them and listed on the lease as pre-existing. Or I should have been offered another car without the scratch. On the + side, Bobby was quite efficient as the financial closer: fast, true to his word, and everything done correctly. Although I like the car itself, I'm maybe having 2nd thoughts that I should have stuck with the Sonata deal I had lined up before checking Chevy. More
