I found every aspect of Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers to be incompetent from the sales manager to the finance person and especially the service department nobody really cares about the customer a Danvers to be incompetent from the sales manager to the finance person and especially the service department nobody really cares about the customer at all. It’s such a big company that they have plenty of customers and don’t need to make anybody happy. It’s all about doing a good enough job to get by there and for me they didn’t even come close. I would strongly recommend that you avoid the dealership there’s plenty of other good Chevy dealers and nice cars. More
