Best experience we had at the Service department with Yordanys. Yordanys Perez helped to get my husband's car serviced at BMW Sudbury. From the Dropping the car off for the service, and getting the extended warranty processed through ( during this process, multiple phone calls and text was made to and from Yordanys as there was a issues. and during the whole process he was very attentive ) and to the picking up the car, Yordanys was on top of everything. and once the car was ready, he informed me right away. When I went to pick up the car, He did not hand me off to someone else after the car was done. He walked me to the car and waited for me to check the car to make sure no odd message was popping up on the dashboard again. Between all the BMW cars I had since 2001, I have been to BMW dealers many times. and the experiences were between OK/ good. It's been a while since Me and My husband both felt like that we were really cared for and treated as a valuable customer at the service department. Yordanys made us feel special and I really appreciate the care he has for the customers. More
I took my car in for service because the MIL light came on. After the inspection, it turned out there was nothing wrong, and they just performed a software update and charged me over $850 for it. This experience makes me feel like car manufacturers have little incentive to make reliable vehicles if they can profit from unnecessary fixes. I’m giving 3 stars because the staffs were reasonably polite, and it felt unfair to rate them too low. However, I doubt anyone would be pleased to be charged $850 by the car dealer due to a false alert from their car. More

Great service on the actual car but you always end up with a bill twice as much as estimated. One gripe was receiving a $100 gift card from BMW at Sudbury that I did’t have on me at the time of servi with a bill twice as much as estimated.
