The dealership was fine. However, the service dept seems to have changed to a money making machine. I took the car in for a recall. What they told me that I needed 5000+ work including new tires. Pathetic as I have just got the car inspected and was told that they were fine. A friend who I had referred to the dealership and who had also bought a new BMW had a similar experience. No way to earn loyalty from a customer who has bought 2 new BMWs in the last 12 years. Doubt if I’ll bring my 2 BMWs in for service again. More

Always a pleasant place to get my car serviced. Nice people do the work, everyone is helpful. Waiting room comfortable so I can work while I wait. Service was awful. My X5 was towed in on a Monday. I called at 3:30pm that Monday because I had not heard from anyone (and I ended up calling Sales because after 4 trie My X5 was towed in on a Monday. I called at 3:30pm that Monday because I had not heard from anyone (and I ended up calling Sales because after 4 tries no one would answer the Service line). They said they had received my car but service manager had left for the day...so I guess he wasn't planning to contact me at all. By 1pm the next day I still heard nothing so I called again and was told my service manager was out for a few days...I guess I was just supposed to wait until he returned? Again, no one answered the phone in Service so the operator put me through to the Manager. She was helpful but no one had noted why the car was towed in so they hadn't even looked at the main problem. I had to call her by noon the next day (Wednesday) because still no one had reached out. She called me back after talking to someone and gave me an overview. Ultimately I got my car back on Thursday without a service person reaching out to me ONCE and having to call Sales and/or the operator to get someone on the phone every time I called to get an update. I actually told my girlfriend who was buying an X5 to consider the Boston or Norwood dealer because this was ridiculous service. More
