Nikolas Gomes is excellent advisor. Very attentive and responsive. He handled check engine issue on my X5 very professionally. It appears there are a number of new service folks. Big smiles, quickly checking me in for service. I asked to speak to a service technician concerning a noise I wanted to discuss.
