After searching for several weeks for a new car I can wholeheartedly say that my experience at Hennessy Honda was above and beyond the best Honda dealership I worked with even before I had decided to pur wholeheartedly say that my experience at Hennessy Honda was above and beyond the best Honda dealership I worked with even before I had decided to purchase a car. Their level of honesty and customer service was a major change in comparison to the overzealous sales driven mentality that alienated me from working with several other dealership I spoke to or visited. I would certainly recommend visiting or contacting them if you are in the need to purchase a Honda. Even their ‘after the sale’ attitude was friendly and appreciative of my business instead of just taking me for granted as just another person who bought a Honda. It’s nice to know that some dealerships are actually interested in you buying a car versus just making a sale. More
I dedided on going the internet route and went through several local Honda dealers to get the best price on a 2012 Pilot. Bob was a great help and did everything he said he would on the deal. He was friendly from the beginning and helped us through all the paperwork up front so our time at the dealer was minimal. Don helped us out with the financing and kept the conversation relaxed and friendly. Don was very accomodating with two of our daughters and had them coloring while we signed the paperwork. Overall, it couldnt have went better and was the easiest car purchase we have had. The Pilot is awesome and will be the perfect vehicle for our family. More
I was in immediate need of a replacement vehicle and spoke with Bob Newsome last Saturday. Not actually knowing what I wanted, Bob was extremely patient while I asked him about a million questions. I took up a great deal of his time but he never pressured me to make a decision. The sale was concluded that evening and Bob made a follow-up phone call to me the next day to see if I had any additional questions or concerns. I had searched around everywhere for the 2011 burgundy red color 2011 honda accord ex-l. I had been to numerous dealerships to be told Black was pretty much the only option. I was literally hours away from buying a V4 Honda Accord EX-L before I happened to luck up on there website on a thursday afternoon. I visited on friday and knew this wold be the vehicle for us. As I said I was literally hours from signing down a deal to be told this is the best price you are going to get. Well, wow was I surprised when I went to Hennessy Woodstock Honda. Not only did they beat the price of the other dealership but they put me in a V6 and not a V4. I do not know how they did it but was very happy. Everything went rather smoothly and Sunday my wife and I were driving the Honda back home. Exceptional is not the word for there service. They went above and beyond and in the economy we are in everyone needs to know they are getting everything they are paying for. I would recommed this dealership to anyone and everyone I know. More

I had leased two vehicles from Hennessy Honda, and was returning to refinance the last of the two. After working through the numbers with a sales person, I decided that financing the remaining residual o returning to refinance the last of the two. After working through the numbers with a sales person, I decided that financing the remaining residual on my Ridgeline was not a viable option. As a suggestion the sales person indicated that he had some Civics that may be a better price point for me. I decided that I would move in that direction and a deal was struck. I rated a 4 on price, because we really only discussed payment and not the over all price of the vehicle and how it might be reduced through incentives, etc... I am a repeat customer because I value the experience and customer service I receive at Hennessy. I would suggest that maybe exploring all the pricing options with a "price sentsitive" customer as myself, might be a better approach for future sales opportunities. More
In my experience buying a CR-V EX, their price was very aggressive (it beat all competitors by a wide margin). I asked a written break-down of the out-of-door price, Alan graciously sent to me in 15 minutes. Although I did not buy one from them as they did not have my choice in stock that day, I felt that I had been treated respectfully, and I was quite impressed with their internet pricing, fast and aggressive. I have bought 96,97,2000 and 2003 Honda Accords from Hennessy Honda. Been a long time since I delt with a Japanese dealer but I saw they had a used 07 Honda CRV advertised as the internet special. I knew something was up because they had several CRV's just about identical mileage wise and also EX models. The internet CRV was priced about $2000 less than any of the other CRV's of like kind and quality. Anyway I had an appt with a guy named Richard in the used car dept for a test drive on 9/13/11 and I show up but no Richard...told me he left for the day. Guy named Cliff said he must of forgot (I made the appt that same day when I spoke to Richard) but he is Richards team partner. I had been to the lot several times to see this same internet special too. So after the test drive I tell Cliff Hudson I will let him know in the morning if interested and would make an offer. I made an offer that next morning in writing via email to Cliff. Cliff repsonded he would run it by the mgr and get back to me. Cliff comes back with a counter offer and we were $500 a part. I counter offered asking to split the $500 with me. Cliff Hudson said let me run it by the boss and I'll get back to you. Next email from Cliff was unlike the personal emails between he and I....this email was in cursive and addressed me as MR instead of my first name like the other emails. It said thank you for the interest in the 07 Honda Crv but this vehicle has been sold. It was the internet low price bait and switch to get customers on the lot. Pure used car trick! A respectable business man and business should have told me they have another person interested and if I am intested I should hurry up. Nope, they wouldn't do that, their best interest is not the customers, its money in their pocket. A shame too as I'm about to buy the wife a new Honda too but I'll go back to Ed Voyles or Honda Carland....much more upfront without the tricks. Beware of internet specials as there must be no such thing. More
