Our appointment was on the day that the tornado hit Adairsville. Tom was not able to make it to work. Jean Charles met with us in a seamless transition. Everything was in order even though Tom was not there. Jean Charles went through all the features on the new car to make sure we were happy with it. After doing our due diligence and pricing out a 2013 Honda Pilot at 7 different dealerships, Hennessy Honda came in with the best price. We decided to give the other dealership a last look since I did my test drive there. Long story short, the other dealership backtracked on everything they promised us at the last minute so we decided to head over to Hennessy Honda. Stacey was a delight to work with from the very first email that we received from her. She listed out the cost of everything involved with the car and explained it in a way that was easy for us to understand. When we called her after the other dealership fell through, she remembered us right away and was happy to clear a spot in her schedule for us to meet with her the next morning. When we arrived, she was friendly and put as at ease. From the moment we walked in, we knew we were at the right place for us. Stacey introduced us to Dusty and he took us out our test drive. He was friendly and professional and knew EVERYTHING about the car. He took his time and made sure to go through everything with us so we knew exactly what the car could offer. When buying a new car, I normally go from dealer to dealer to try and get the best deal that I can. This time, I decided to shop via the internet for the best deal. I shopped many dealers trying to be very specific about what I wanted (trim pagkage, color, etc) and found that many dealers didn't even take the time to read the email. I received emails back from them asking for information that was included in my email to them. I narrowed it down to two dealers, Hennessy and one other. I went to visit the other dealer who offered me much less for my trade that what he offered in his email. Also, my wife and I were handed off to another sales person while the first sales person went to take care of some personal business. We felt as though we were inconveniencing the sales staff. Stacey, Dean and Tom at Hennessy were by far the most professional group that we delt with. My emails were answered promptly with the information that I asked for, there was no beating around the bush regarding the deal. In about an hour after going to Hennessy Woodstock, I had the information I needed to make a decision regarding the new vehicle. We picked up the CR-V about a week later. The car was clean and ready to go. Dean went over all the details with us and was very friendly and helpful. All in all this was the easiest new car purchase that I have had.
