Never having met either Stacey or Dusty, both my wife and I felt we had known them for years within about five minutes after entering the dealership. We were treated with the utmost respect and were made to feel that they were there to serve only us. I am 67 years old and my wife is in here late 50s with many years of buying cars between us and we both agree that our purchase through Stacey and Dusty was the most pleasurable of any we have ever made. Both Stacey and Dusty worked hard to achieve the price point we desired and in the end our final purchase price was much better than expected. We had some questions about our new vehicle which were answered in a very thorough and easily understood manner thus ensuring there wouldn't be any confusion "down the road" (pun intended). My buying experience with Hennessy Honda was superb. I am a very frugal, particular, buyer and researched buying a Honda Odyssey for over a year and test drove them at many dealerships, no one could match th a very frugal, particular, buyer and researched buying a Honda Odyssey for over a year and test drove them at many dealerships, no one could match the kindness, honesty, and patience of Sales Rep Tammy Odom. From the start Tammy was able to assess that I had done extensive research on the Odyssey and she was able to listen to address my needs directly, without talking over me and "selling" me on the points I already knew and did not care about. In the end we settled on a fair price and even though Hennessy did not have the color of the Odyssey I wanted, Tammy was able to get the one I wanted from the manufacturer. During the waiting process of having my odyssey made/shipped from Honda, if I wanted an update, I not only could reach out to Tammy but Stacey would follow up with me as we'll. In the end I was left feeling confident about my purchase and assured of the customer support that I sincerely believe I will continue to receive in the future from Tammy and Stacey as representatives of Hennessy Honda.
