Very Cooperative I went in to check out a car I had seen online and was able to get it that exact very day. They people that worked with me were very helpful and deter I went in to check out a car I had seen online and was able to get it that exact very day. They people that worked with me were very helpful and determined to help me walk out with the car I wanted. I’ve already recommended them to a friend who’s going to be visiting from New Jersey in December- he’s looking to buy his second car and ill be personally taking him in to meet the same people that worked with me. Lincoln Doesn't Assume any Responsibility My new car has had a problem with the instrument cluster not working since I purchased the car new 2 years ago. I have taken the car in several times My new car has had a problem with the instrument cluster not working since I purchased the car new 2 years ago. I have taken the car in several times with the instrument cluster being blank so the repair people could see what I was experiencing. After a while the cluster would start working after turning the car on and off. When they checked the car diagnostically they could find no faults. Even after complaining to the national Lincoln concierge that the problem keeps repeating itself they indicated that there was nothing further they could or would do. What a poor CYA response! They in essence are saying its my problem. My only solution was to sell the car and let some other sucker get this lemon. Hennessey has been great, but the Lincoln company overall was a big letdown. Call me if you want, but be forewarned that I'm an angry customer. More

Awful experience. Please take your business elsewhere. Where do i start. We purchased a used car from this dealership. It had a vibration in it so they told us to bring it back the next day and they would Where do i start. We purchased a used car from this dealership. It had a vibration in it so they told us to bring it back the next day and they would resolve it. Well, they couldn’t so they sent it to the Kia dealership who then kept it for over three weeks. It took a week for Hennessy to give us a loaner car to drive. Although the car fax said it had not been in a wreck, they had to put an entire new axle on it. Beyond that. They said they would take care of the car tag. Well, my temporary tag expires tomorrow and when i called the dealership to ask where my tag was, they informed me that since it took so long for them to process the registration since they didn’t have the title to the car when they sold it to me, that i would have to go to the tag office myself and get the tag. Just awful customer service all the way around. I wish i had never seen this used car online and had any dealings with this dealership. Please stay as far away from them as possible. More

Awesome I contacted internet sales and got connected to Crista. I explained to her my situation and what i was looking for. She was extremely helpful and car I contacted internet sales and got connected to Crista. I explained to her my situation and what i was looking for. She was extremely helpful and cared about what i wanted. I felt like I was taking to a friend. It was a very good experience. I didn't have to walk the lot in the heat. She already had what I wanted waiting to take me to it due to their construction. I didn't ever feel pressured into anything. Everyone in the lobby that walked by either said hello or at least smiled. We were offered water while we waited. The day we visited it was very busy and they had a cookout for first responders and even asked us to eat with them. Financing was quick and Mr Ramirez did all he could to get the best rate for my needs. I'm looking forward to see how service after sale will be. I expect it'll be awesome too. Go see for yourself!
