I worked with Service Advisor - Randall Holder on a suspected A/C issue I was having with my Silverado. Randall got the vehicle to a technician who evaluated the vehicle and was unable to identify any suspected A/C issue I was having with my Silverado. However, The technician who worked on my Bolt EV left off a plastic piece underneath the dash that is used for the defrost, so I had t professional.
