We had a problem with display screen and back up camera-called for an appointment - Mr. Wayne was very friendly and helped me right away, loaner was ready for me to continue on my day. Mr Wayne kept me posted via text- awesome communication, when I picked our vehicle up mention it seemed a bit dirty and Mr Wayne had it washed quickly rather seamless process - All work under warranty so that was another plus. Thank you Henna for fixing the problem. I suggest calling and making an appointment for any work needing to be done,otherwise you could be waiting a long time. Very Minor thing and only because I like to return something in same condition or better than I received it - the passenger seat was completely reclined - I realize they needed room to take dash board off again very minor. I am 10 year Henna customer - Excellent customer service on October 20, 2020. I made an appointment online for oil change/tire rotation, and multi-point inspection. The initial process was great. However the service advisor said he called to see if we wanted additional work done. Never received a message. When we got there I told him to perform the work. When the technician got the ticket he was dropping f**k words all over the place. Wasn’t told the part wasn’t in and had to sit there for 3hrs. Finally was told was waiting on the part. And they said the oil change was done but wasn’t. I watched the technician perform the oil change last. He seemed very pissed off and angry he had to do the additional work to my truck. Not a very good ending experience. The service I had done to my white Chevy traverse was to clean fuel injectors, oil change and a hose replaced that was cracked. Visited on a Tuesday. More
Sales Rep Hector Soriano was very professional on the whole process, but Dean from financing, was very unprofessional, he do not explain anything that I was signing, he also tried to sell me two differen whole process, but Dean from financing, was very unprofessional, he do not explain anything that I was signing, he also tried to sell me two different insurances, even when I told him since the beginning, I don’t want any insurance, well he added both insurance in to my loan, at the end he told me, remember when you receive the review, everything needs to be answered excellent, I had to came back three times and re sign all paperwork because he was trying to sell me the insurances again. thank you Hector Soriano for your professionalism and all your help, also thank you to the sales director who advocated for me. I don’t like to do this, but, with person’s like mister Dean, I feel that I have to do it. More
