Had our Volvo in for tires and Service. Contacted Service Department via phone and Service Rep Evan Fabian located the Yokohama tires I wanted in their warehouse and ordered them, then set Contacted Service Department via phone and Service Rep Evan Fabian located the Yokohama tires I wanted in their warehouse and ordered them, then set up an appointment. Brought the car in and Evan set up the tire install, 4 wheel alignment, and oil change and provided a loaner. Car was ready in 3 hours and had been washed.
