Excellent Overall I'm from a military town that is about three hours away and when I got there I was immediately welcomed by BreAnna Griffin and she was very friendly. I'm from a military town that is about three hours away and when I got there I was immediately welcomed by BreAnna Griffin and she was very friendly. She didn't pressure me at all. She took care of me when it came to the test drive, and the actual paper work. Then Patrick Steadman has been very helpful there and over phone. Patrick actually tried to get me the best deal for my price. They delivered the vehicle to me and repainted parts of the vehicle for me at no cost and it was delivered to me within four days. The three hour drive there was not a waste of time at all. I highly recommend you take a look at their lots and speak with someone about a vehicle. More

I only came into this dealership due to great reviews I read about and sometimes people just write a review just write one with no meaning behind it all because he car sales person asked them too. Not me !!! It took sometime for me to write a review about my experience but I do want you all I know I had struggles, my credit was jacked, and I was a nervous wreck walking in this establishment. Then I met the person who I read about BreAnna and she made me feel welcomed, it was all about what's wanted realistically speaking and she tried her hardest to get me the deal I was seeking! I am so appreciative of BreAnna as she goes above and beyond and she make me you feel like family! There is NOOOOO pressure and and I'm loving my 2015 yessss 2015 Passat! Many dealerships turned me away but VW of concord helped me and assured they would everything they could to get me out my previous loan which was HORRIBLE!!! And put me in my new car! Me and Big Red ( my car) are doing well and I owe to BreAnna and the VW team as I didn't even imagine getting into a BRAND NEW car ! Shane and Barry were pretty nice and awesome as well ! Best dealership ever and I've visited many I have visited a lot of car dealerships to inquire about cars and I have purchased several vehicles as well. By far my experience with Carson (sales I have visited a lot of car dealerships to inquire about cars and I have purchased several vehicles as well. By far my experience with Carson (sales person) and the Hendrick Volkswagon of Concord team was the best buying experience I have ever had. Not only did their team offer me $1,500 more for my trade-in than other dealerships, which helped tremendously because I was upside-down on the loan, but they also worked hard to get a slightly better interest rate so that my payment would stay in my budget. What struck me the most was that at a lot of car dealerships it feels like they are playing a game where it's them versus you, whereas with Carson's team it seemed like they actually tried to find a way to help me accomplish my goal of getting out of my Jetta (very nice car but just felt more comfortable when I previously owned an SUV) into a used Toyota from one of the other Hendrick lots. I felt like they were really listening to me and what my car and financing needs were without being pushy or arrogant. Plus, they not only agreed to put in a new windshield on a car that wasn't from their lot (because the one on the Toyota was cracked), but Carson transported to me to my house when I brought the SUV back in so that I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership and then he dropped the SUV back at my house after the windshield was installed. I can't say enough good things about Carson and his team. Even if you aren't buying or trading a Volkswagon, I'd still recommend seeing if Carson can help you in purchasing a new or used vehicle from another Hendrick lot. I also previously had my Jetta serviced at this dealership and also had good experiences. More

Dealership is absolutely customer service oriented. BreAnna answered all of our questions, what she didn't know she found out. Any issues we had were quickly taken care of (just basic issues with the car- new tires, etc). They stood by their word, even when numbers changed (trade in value of our car and price of new tires). What they quoted us, is what they stuck with, even to their loss. Professional, but not overwhelming or pushy. Fantastic customer service, highly recommend going to see BreAnna Griffin if in the market for a car. She will work with you and make sure you are taken care of! Tell her Keren Coffin sent you! More
