Dealership made things right after some mistakes I purchased a new TDI Golf wagon and was very disappointed with the sales person promising things they could not deliver, also found that when I went I purchased a new TDI Golf wagon and was very disappointed with the sales person promising things they could not deliver, also found that when I went to finance the numbers were different than what I had discussed with sales person. As if that wasn't enough when I brought the car in for service I was told that one of the tires that were on the vehicle when purchased had a bubble in the sidewall and that I should contact Pirelli for warranty. I notified the service staff that the dealer that sold the tire had to submit the claim. They said they would send the tire to Pirelli. After several weeks no one contacted me with status of the claim. after several e-mails I was told by service staff that the status was "in Pirelli" whatever that means. finally (5 months later) after contacting VW directly I was told I had to get in touch with Pirelli myself, and then I called the service dept and was told a that Pirelli had declined the warranty. Why the conflicting stories, why was there no follow up by the dealership. All around bad customer service! I won't be going back to Hendrick and I don't recommend them to anyone looking for a VW. After writing this review I was contacted by the Retail operations Manager at Hendrick and I'm confident that the lapse that I experienced will be remedied in the future. There was a genuine effort to make things right on the part of Hendrick. More

He worked efficiently and offered great advice along the way. When we got approved and met with the finance rep, Patrick, the process went smoothly and fast. Both gentleman were patient with us (we had our toddler along with us), very professional and friendly. We are thankful to have had such a STRESS FREE purchase process for our Lincoln Navigator. We will gladly refer people to Hendrick Volkswagon of Concord. :-) More

The experience that I had at the previous dealerships were stressful, pushy, overwhelming and honestly felt as if they only wanted my money and did not care about me, as a buyer. When we arrived at at Hendrick Volkswagen, i was immediately greeted with a smile from Blaze. Of course, at first i thought it was going to be like my past situations, but Blaze made the process from beginning to end an enjoyable visit. He was so patient, so kind and friendly. I felt 100% comfortable being his customer from start to finish. His enthusiasm and strive to make sure we were happy showed the entire time we were there, which was about 4 hours. I finally got the car i loved, and i never felt pressured to buy it. Also, Joe (not sure his last name) was there also, helping every step of the way. This pair of guys was AWESOME! Go see blaze and joe at Hendrick Volkswagen before you go anywhere else!!! More

Best service ever! Extremely responsive, accommodating and attentive. Great people and great service! Traveling out of town to see a family member in ICU, my car broke Extremely responsive, accommodating and attentive. Great people and great service! Traveling out of town to see a family member in ICU, my car broke down and I had it towed to a VW dealer given the extended warranty I purchased the year before. It was a Saturday before the holiday. The dealership determined it was an engine problem within the first hour. During our wait, the general manager fed by two young kids pizza and soda as we had not yet eaten when the car broke down and checked on us several times during the wait. The car could not be repaired that day due to the warranty and requiring an inspector to examine the car. Given my circumstances with my family member, they put me in a loaner car (instead of my having to pay for a rental car) and sent me on my way telling me not to worry about anything and they would be in touch. Wes called me after the weekend to let me know they made contact with the warranty company and my home dealership; and scheduled the inspector. Given it was the holiday to not worry and keep the loaner car. Wes called me at least twice weekly over a 5-week period to keep me abreast of the progress. The inspector had to come out three times as they further tore down the car and a snow storm shut the dealership down for four days. But I had a loaner car that was a tremendous help and no cost out of pocket during this time. As soon as the inspector confirmed the problem and solution the dealership recommended - a new engine - the service team went to work and had my car available within the next two days. When I picked up my car (out of state) it was ready and looked brand new! They washed it inside and out including wax and tire detail. It looked great and rides great! This was an unfortunate experience (car trouble out of state with my two young children) during a trying personal time (sister in ICU during the holiday season) and Wes and his General Manager made everything alright with their concern, personal care and service. I will go back to NC (I live in VA) to purchase my next VW from Hendrick VW! Never in 35 years of owning a car have I ever experienced such professionalism and excellent service. Hendrick VW and Wes White (and his GM) sets the example of what all customers should experience! Thank you! More

He also told me when I would need to come back for my next service and what that service would consist of. I left 100% confident that he would take care of me and he answered every one of my questions. He made me feel like a priority and he was very kind and professional. More

We first visited the nice facility for a simple ann WOW...small little word to express my BIG gratitude to Wes White, Service Advisor, at Hendrick VW! We first visited the nice facility for a simple annual inspection, but were won over by the attention to detail and genuine service Wes and the VW team there provided us. One visit and we knew we wanted to make that our go-to VW dealership for any future services. Unexpectedly, we found ourselves back there two weeks later because of a freak accident and to my relief, Wes took care of everything so that my car would be back to its fun zippy self! He patiently explained any of the services that needed to be done and why, followed up with calls when he said he would, and always had a smile each time I was there. Thank you again Wes for everything!!! More
