Robert was patient with my kiddos running a muck - quickly and efficiently informative. We stayed in touch, he knew what I was looking for, and he secured the SUV with all the features I wanted (plus some that I didn't even realize I wanted!). He made himself easily accessible which I appreciated more than he knows because it made me feel like he truly cared about helping me - not just selling me a vehicle. He and Patrick worked to meet me at the price point my family needed which wasn't easy considering the extras - and for that I am so thankful! I'm a very busy full time working mom of 3 little boys with a husband out of town with work for a few weeks - they went above and beyond what they had to do to help me not only get my vehicle home but to be able to come back to the dealership to check out my vehicle once it arrived! I am so thankful! Within 48 hours of owning my new SUV I ran over a spoon which sliced my tire. Robert answered his phone on his lunch break to help answer my questions as I had to replace my tire. However, they had a brand new 2019 Jetta in the showroom, and it was everything I was looking for!! Robert went above and beyond with making sure I got all the specifications I asked for in the Jetta, and with the help of Patrick (sales mgr), they got my lease payments lower than I expected. The overall buying experience was professional, proficient, and straightforward from the sales and management team to finance!
