I went through the whole financing process only to find out the next day I happened to be the second buyer. Long story short, they double sold my car. I went through the whole financing process only to find out the next day I happened to be the second buyer. It delayed getting my car for almost two months. Things happens. To look on the bright side, they were able to find me the exact same car. During this frustrating time, they kept me up-to-date on the status of my car and provided excellent customer service through the entire process. In the end, they were very apologetic and compensated me for my troubles. They went above and beyond to make sure I walked out a satisfied customer. Highly recommended! More

I was at a different dealership looking at a few different options, they just did not have what I was looking for. A friend suggested to look at VW's which he had owned a couple and liked. I just so happened to be right next door to the vw dealership. I looked around at used cars for a bit and almost left not really liking what I saw as far as a used car. Robert was finishing up something else but took the time to stop and ask if I had been helped. I had not been. He quickly finished up and we started talking, he was friendly, easy going and knowledgeable. My situation was kinda unique with what I was trying to accomplish, he listened, asked questions and in the end we had come up with a great solution. The test drive was a great experience as well. Before even getting in the road we went and did a walk around he showed me styling features that set them apart from the other brands, gave me a run down of the various creature comforts of the car that i was looking at and explained the difference between the other models. I like having bells and whistles in my cars and this has them and then some. The whole process was done on an iPad made it very easy to understand and streamlined. One of the best experiences I have had buying a car and would recommend VW of Concord and go see Robert. More

No idea what to expect, but the perfect outcome! My old car was in pretty bad shape, but was still running enough to get me to and from work. On a whim, and thinking about all the scenarios in which something did go wrong with the old car, my mom decided one day that we would go look for a new one. I was not convinced that I could even buy a new car, being only two years out of college with very little credit history, not the best financial situation, and absolutely no idea what to even look for. We went into Hendrick and had a great experience talking to Robert and John and telling them what we were looking for, but initially were offered a less than ideal car for what I was going to be able to afford. We went home, a little disappointed but still happy with the experience, especially since Robert assured us that he would keep digging and get back to me right away with anything else he could find. Sure enough, a few hours later, I got a call back from John that they had found what was basically the perfect car for me. Great mileage, perfect payment options and a working A/C - a huge improvement from my previous car. I could not be happier with how everything turned out and I am so thankful for the staff at Hendrick for their patience and their commitment to helping their customers. They made me, a stress-bucket first-car buyer, feel at ease and like I was making a really good decision in buying this car. Thanks guys! More
