We have had subpar experiences with salesmen at other dealerships in the past, however Robert truly changed our car buying experience! He was so knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, was not pushy whatsoever and really allowed us to take time to make sure we were making the right choice for our family. He is not your typical pushy salesman, which is what we enjoyed most about Robert! We came in the next day after talking over the decision and made sure we worked with Robert for the sale. Easy car buying experience! RD made our car buying experience so easy. We went to the VW dealership, not really thinking we would end up with an Atlas, but he did a great job sh RD made our car buying experience so easy. We went to the VW dealership, not really thinking we would end up with an Atlas, but he did a great job showing us all of the features. He listened when I told him that we were between the Atlas and a competitor and he pointed out many of the differences between the two vehicles. My family didn't have enough time the first day for a test drive and RD didn't pressure us, yet invited us to come back at a convenient time to test drive. My husband and I were both very impressed with the test drive and ultimately decided on an Atlas. Throughout the negotiations, the entire process was very easy and RD was knowledgable, communicative and made it all very seamless. I'd recommend him to anyone in the market for a VW! More

Great Service I was interested in a used car that they had on their lot. It wasn't a VW model so I could tell that they didn't know as much about it as they normall I was interested in a used car that they had on their lot. It wasn't a VW model so I could tell that they didn't know as much about it as they normally would with a VW but you could tell they did their research to make sure I knew as much about the car as possible.
