Great customer service! I called the dealership after seeing the car we were interested in priced well on-line. Talked to Patrick, a sales manager. He could see I was well e I called the dealership after seeing the car we were interested in priced well on-line. Talked to Patrick, a sales manager. He could see I was well educated about the car and it would come down to which dealership to buy from. I really hesitated to buy from a large “chain” dealership. Thought we’d go see if we going to be treated like just another # on their sales board?? I asked for a woman sales person. Patrick told me to look at sale peoples bios on their website and I could decide who to work with. I picked Taylor Smith. 1st, she owns a 2018 Jetta, & seemed to love cars and her job. Less then 6 months there, however I believed that if she didn’t know the answer she’d be willing to ask. And would be eager to assist. We made an appointment to come on a Monday, thinking it wouldn’t be as busy... we’ll of course this was a busy Monday! Taylor had “our Jetta” out & ready to drive. We talked price and finance options. The Finance manager John, came out to talk to us. New to the dealership, still helpful and nice guy. The GM, JW came out and introduced himself. And looked at our leased Jetta, actually ended up buying out our lease, that wasn’t up until January. The GM has been with this dealership for several years. His kindness and interest went a long way with us. Never made us feel like he was doing us a favor by giving us a good deal... This was a refreshing change, from previous dealerships. We liked the fact that he seemingly wanted to build a repore and cared more than about the Brands representation, than just about the sale, and price. He doesn’t know this but last year we purchased a new truck from a nearby Nissan dealer and the manager we dealt with was actually rude... and could have cared less about our buying experience. Ruined our whole buying experience. And the excitement of purchasing a truck I was happy to drive home was lost on the bad customer service experience. Everyone we dealt with seemed truly interested in our buying experience being a good one! We have bought many cars over the years. I’m happy to say that this was one of the more pleasant buying experiences! Thanks to the whole Hendrick team for making this about the whole buying experience and not just the bottom line price. Loved the very little haggling! Taylor was not pushy. She was zealous to be sure we enjoyed the buying process. Keep up the good work lady! And you will continue to be a great asset to the Hendrick’s VW reputation and brand! More
