I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Nixon and Jairo Vargas at the VW dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I was beginning to look into cars because I wanted to switc and Jairo Vargas at the VW dealership, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. I was beginning to look into cars because I wanted to switch from a small Q5 Audi to a larger car in the next 4-6 months and the Atlas caught my eye. My positive experience began when I first inquired about the vehicle. All dealerships I reached out to did slightly the same thing but Robert used his ingenuity quickly. Yes, all dealerships call you immediately but Robert also followed up with an email. I understand that the goal is to get you on the phone but I work in an office and that is not possible. He is an incredibly intelligent salesman because he recognized that I was much more responsive in my emails and began to switch communication swiftly to emails. Instead of half answering my questions in the emails - Robert was detailed, gave me exact numbers and still extremely pleasant. Not once did he try and push the "let's have a phonically to get more info" card like other dealers - because that is why I did not answer THEIR emails. That tactic annoys me, haha! This was my first thumbs up with my experience with Robert. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the young woman at the front desk was kind and welcoming. I did my first test drive and meeting with Robert and he answered every single question under the sun that I had & felt good about the potential purchase but wanted to shop more and sleep on it. When I came back the next day to see the car again after sleeping on it and test driving other Hendrick brands that morning I met with Jairo. His professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Through our conversations at the dealership and the test drive process I learned that Jairo is an extremely driven and hardworking individual, and his dedication is truly inspiring. His passion for what he does not only made the car-buying experience exceptional but also sold me on the VW brand itself. If someone like Jairo represents the company, it speaks volumes about the standards VW upholds. Knowing that VW employs people of Robert and Jairos caliber gives me complete confidence in the brand and the quality of service I can expect. Robert & Jairo's commitment, enthusiasm and respect for me as a buyer were key factors in my decision, and I’m grateful to have worked with two people so exceptional. Also, I wanted to note both the Sales Managers on Duty (Saturday & Sunday) as well as the finance team, Barry Tate (he was lovely!). When I say that the Sales Manager on Sunday went above and beyond, I mean it. After visiting other car brands - with Robert, Jairo and BreAnna I felt like more than just a sale; I felt truly valued. It may be status quo to WRITE HAND WRITTEN thank you notes, but it literally blew me away when I went to move all of my things to my new car and opened the glove box and saw the note from BreAnna Griffin. The entire team at VW Concord that I worked with is extremely emotionally intelligent (rare), thoughtful and honestly, very funny. Thanks to their exceptional service, I decided to drive away not only with a fantastic car but also without buyers regret. One of the most positive experiences I have had while car shopping in Charlotte. Highly recommend this dealership and these two outstanding individuals! More

We drove an hr to test drive a vehicle at this dealership and from the start our sales rep Ruslan was awesome. He made sure to send me a bill of sale as well as a custom video showcasing the car before our v and from the start our sales rep Ruslan was awesome. Service at VW of Concord yesterday was superb as usual. Olga is the very best as service advisor, but the whole service team is fantastic. Parts were needed that had to be ordered, but this was done very Olga is the very best as service advisor, but the whole service team is fantastic. Parts were needed that had to be ordered, but this was done very expeditiously. Their need was noted on Saturday and yesterday, Tuesday, they were there and ready to install. The work was done quickly while I waited. The total time spent for the repair was far less than 2 hours. Excellent work, to say the least. I highly recommend having a VW of any model serviced at VW of Concord. Even the waiting area is excellent! More
