We were introduced to Jonathan Deckard at Hendrick VW when we first walked in and clicked instantly! He was GENUINE. He was HELPFUL. Most importantly...he was HONEST. It took us several days to decide what we wanted. Jonathan was extremely patient with us. He totally understood where we were coming from and was not pushy in anyway. We had planned on buying a used Passat. With the great deals going on with the new Passats we decided to go with one of them instead. Our daughter will be needing a newer car very soon.
