Went here two times for service and both times I had to return a second time because of the service department essentially not knowing how to do their job. I called two days before my appointment to set the appointment and when I showed up they had it in their system as it being done online along with services I never even asked for. Kevin is the sales manager from Hendrik VW Frisco, I have to tell you I got the worse experience of my life dealing with him and this dealership, I got a 2021 Atlas from them, and right after the sale was do to tell you I got the worse experience of my life dealing with him and this dealership, I got a 2021 Atlas from them, and right after the sale was done issues started when calling from the question for the extended warranty I purchased nobody answer me or cares to explain my question, then my paper plates expired and I need to park my Atlas for 2 days until they give a new one, also they said all the paperwork I signed when purchased this was damaged!! and I need to re-sign everything, AFTER TWO MONTHS!, this delayed the metal plates to be delivered again, I need to call VW corporate to complain and open a case, then they started to take me seriously, I cannot express how bad this dealership is!
