Robert Fabian. Robert cold called me back after an inquiry and left an authentic message, and was polite and down to earth, not pushy or aggressive with his approach. I did call back and ended up speaking to another sales person at the dealership - just due to circumstances and not purposefully - and that was NOT a good experience. HOWEVER - Robert and his Director Kevin took steps to support me, rectify my experience, and ultimately win my business.
