My experience purchasing my car in July was great. However, I have had ongoing issues with the finance department and obtaining my license plate. My experience communicating with managers at the de However, I have had ongoing issues with the finance department and obtaining my license plate. My experience communicating with managers at the dealership in an attempt to resolve these issues has been incredibly frustrating. I had to sign a new contract, and the finance department repeatedly mailed it to the wrong address and acted annoyed at me for not responding to missed calls (there was no voicemail left). I requested copies of the new contract, only to be emailed the digital copy of the contract I had been told was rejected. Due to this new contract and address fiasco, I almost missed my first car payment. The dealership has me financed with a bank that does not answer their phones and has a one-star rating with the Better Business Bureau. The dealership had multiple mishaps mailing my plates from Frisco to Bryan (including not putting proper postage so they were returned), and I will now have to go report the plates lost and pick up the plates myself (meaning that I will have to take time off of work to do something that should have been taken care of by the dealership). Alex, the Director of Sales talked down to me and informed me that it was not fair for me to blame them for the lost plates. I have called multiple lines and left messages with multiple managers in an attempt to speak with the GM about both the license plate as well as the chaos in the finance department. Many of my complaints could have been solved if the employees I have spoken to had taken accountability for the issues and had taken my concerns seriously and had spoken to me with more respect. I understand the dealership has no control over things getting lost in the mail, however, if they had shown more aptitude in customer service and responsiveness this situation could have been resolved much more quickly and efficiently.
