I normally would rather go to a dentist than deal with car dealerships, but this experience was very pleasant and easy. A major part of this was dealing with Aldee Marquis, the sales consultant who helped me through the whole process. I live in Alabama and flew in to Dallas to pick up my Bimmer. Aldee went above and beyond to pick me up from the airport at 8am and bring me to the dealership. I was a bit apprehensive about purchasing a car sight unseen, but finding a late model BMW with a 6 speed, moonroof and Sport package in my area is hard to find. Aldee took his time to verify everything was proper with the car and detailed the the sales price to my satisfaction. The car was as described and it was a fun 10 hour drive home! Thanks Aldee! More

In my search for a new car, after I just came to the US, VW was not even an option especially after the Diesel gate scandal. However, my notions were turned on its head when I visited Hendricks VW for the first time and was greeted by Nick Parkelj. Nick was genuinely happy to meet me, show me all the options available, offer test drives sit me down etc... I did even tell him I might not buy a VW after all this. But it was a surprise when Nick came out as a genuine guy, who just happens to sell cars, and was not pushy at all about it. I came back after a week, with one of my friends and we test drove more options and models. We didnt buy that day too. But nick's enthusiasm to serve us didnt falter one bit. He even gave me enough space to think about my options, and after having driven a Passat, I was inclined on it too along with the Honda Accord. But I despised going back to the Honda dealership so we ended up returning to Nick and Hendricks and buying 2 cars, a 2016 Passat (SEL) and a VW Jetta (for the friend who came with me). I believe I got a good deal, esp when I have life time free car wash! These days I am considering to get myself a more premium car, and I have a pretty healthy budget too and the Touareg at 50 grand is high up in the list. ONLY because of Nick. He is more like a good friend to me, and I keep dropping to say Hi to a nice human being. The Hendricks showroom is as good as it gets, and I would highly recommend you to get in touch with Nick Parkelj, if you want an honest feedback on the VW cars, and recommendation based on your requirement. (He made me get the SEL against the R-Line Passat, because that was better for my family in Texas, due to the second row AC vents; I liked the R-Lines beefy looks!) Purchase On 8/27/2016, I visited Hendrick Volkswagen inquiring about a certain vehicle I seen after visiting their website. Upon my arrival I spoke wit On 8/27/2016, I visited Hendrick Volkswagen inquiring about a certain vehicle I seen after visiting their website. Upon my arrival I spoke with the receptionist and requested to speak with David Davidson. She stated, “Unfortunately he’s busy with another customer, but here’s Michael Hall and he’ll be more than happy to assist you”. After Michael introduced himself to my friend and I, we proceeded to view the vehicle. To my surprise the vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out, to be honest I was quite impressed how well maintained it was, so kudos to the detailing crew their. After we drove around the area we returned to the dealership and began discussing numbers. While in the office we discussed the amount I would like to pay, and etc. Furthermore, I would like to say Michael was very professional and polite in his approach in handling this deal for me to make sure I received the best deal possible. After discussing the numbers with the finance department, Tyler Wilde made his way to the office to speak with me. After Tyler Wilde introduced himself to my friend and I, he clearly stated he was there to assist in the best way he can and was very professional in his approach, which meant a lot. After discussing everything we concluded we’ll have to finish up on 08/29/2016. On 08/29/2016, I spoke with Michael Hall and we discussed the numbers once again and to my surprise they were able to close the deal. Later that day I returned to the dealership, and upon my arrival I was approached by David Davidson. He introduced himself and was very professional the entire time. He began to walk me back to Michael Hall’s office and kindly excused himself and Michael and I began discussing the final steps of the deal. During our discussion, Matt Noel entered the office and introduced himself and stated he personally handled the deal on his end to make sure I received the best deal, which was a stellar move on his part. Eventually Michael transferred me to Lee Nolen in finance. Lee was very helpful as well in explaining everything to me regarding the warranty and insurance. After everything was finalized Michael proceeded to give me the keys and before we parted he left me with some great advice then handed me the keys to my new buddy and I was on my way. In conclusion, for someone who has chose not to buy a vehicle in 16 years this was a very smooth experience for me.
