I'm a single/disabled Sr. I just moved to Apex from California and needed a car now. David Thornbury was my Product Specialist. When it wasn't available at that site, thus taking days n cost 2 deliver, he helped me narrow down 2 other options I could purchase that day. I specifically wanted a vehicle with VIN# that started with a 1. He copied and printed out comparison pages so I could have family help narrow down options.When 2 fit my needs he made sure for the test drives,they were parked near the main entrance. Helping me and dog carrier in n out of both vehicles.Again helping me in n out the door. Plus made sure both me n my dog had water 2 drink. Then when it came time 2 pay, helped me get the Cashier check at the bank. Very knowledgeable about area to help me negotiate getting there n what other "services" were available for my future needs. Very courteous the whole, almost 2 hours, it took to ensure purchase complete. Then to "top the cake" he made arrangements at end of shift to DELIVER my Jeep Cherokee to my new location. Great Customer service!!! More
